I have been a member for over 2 years.

Can you remove the restriction because this is getting silly now. Every time I come here I find this restriction and it's annoying. There is no need for it.

Hi,

I believe I have made my 5 posts by now..  I'm only just over 2 hours logged in and don't have time to continuously browse the forums a lot. I want to post a question regarding bitcoin taxes. I live in the US, and am wondering if I use BTC in my business, should I re-evaluate the value of the BTC in my inventory at the end of the tax period, or do I wait until I convert it to cash. (If I am using accrual basis). I think it would be more appropriate to ask in the legal forum than in here.

Thanks.

I think that's a question better suited for your accountant and/or your attorney. Do you really trust mostly anonymous people to dispense tax advice?

I suppose this is a valid point. I think I have the answers I need... I will just try to find it out myself, I suppose.

Hello, this says you need 1 post to make PMs but I've posted more than once, it was recently though.  Could I have to wait for the system to kick in?

Dunno. I've got 2h20m online time and more than enough posts but still no PM privileges.

ripple is very interesting, because it attempt to solve double spending problem in very different way. i am not yet sure if it works, because it seems to be more complicated than bitcoin. but when it will be proven to work it will be attractive alternative to bitcoin.

how would i know if my whitelist request is accepted or rejected. well i will know when it is accepted, but how would i know if it is pending or rejected.

I only want PM privileges.
I can probably just wait but this post shouldn't cause any harm.

Let me outta here!  I'm a key contributor to bitcoinX.org, and read the forums daily.  It's about time I started sharing my thoughts with the community.

I support this message, and know bitbully myself.
Can you speed him on his way out of the newb section?

It really doesn't take a lot of effort to get out of here. 5 posts and four hours of perusing the fora...
This site is called "Bitcoin Forum", so the site is just one forum. And "fora"?! Are you from ancient Rome or are you one of those people who says "matrices" and "penes"?

I do say matrices!
