Those persons have turned buyer who have have sold their coins at higher level and now once again they are creating their plus position at the dip and they remain continuosly active in trade.

What some have not come to realise is that, there are those who intensionally read FUD to cause panic and sometimes, they are the ones that go about buying some of these coins. Just recently, I saw a coin with great potential, that was trading at $0.06 and after some days, I saw it trading at $0.03. This is an indication that some people panic sell and those who buy will hold until it pumps.

Have you ever asked yourself this same question each time you panic sell during a bear market like this ? who are those buying? why are they buying? what will they use if for ? these are the questions i do ask myself and it helped me hodl some of my token and later made some profit from them .

Of course, those who buy coins when they fall are big popes who want very cheap prices and those who sell panic are people who need money or don't know the coinage

I find it very likely that dumpers are frightened of something, so simple and don't think too much. I kept buying them cheaply and preparing them for the next time, maybe they will increase at high prices, that is the truth

Yes the bear market created a lot of opportunity for new investors to invest in projects which are already established & have decent team members with realistic roadmap. I think projects like cybermiles, Arkblock, Elastos have huge potential to give higher returns when tthe market will recover. In this bear market invest in those projects which have decent volumes on the exchange as chances of their survival is higher.

certainly, investors who have a lot of longer-term investment purposes waiting while many prices fall. will remain a buy when prices are falling because they want things precisely. create panic and resulting in selling at bargain prices and then they bought so cheaply enough to get coins they hold.

The whales are accumulating if the market is on dumping season. There's no need for them to broadcast that they are starting to buy if the market isn't so good. They want to accumulate as much as they can before the market recovers completely.
It seems to me that there is always a balance in the market if there is a demand and product offer. In our situation, it is about cryptothawing when some sell, and others buy, but nevertheless the crypto-currency market continues to fall or is behind the input of the unacceptable pricing level of very promising projects. the person who buys when most people choose to throw away are investors who take advantage of the price decline that happens to buy coins at cheap prices, they believe that later the price of coins will soar again and they will get huge profits, basically when our low prices should take advantage this opportunity to buy coins and when the price goes up we have to sell it

Point is there, speculators are people who anticipated movements, though there's no concrete evidence and assurance they will take the risk and see what will be the outcome of there personal assessment, unlike real believers and supporters who will stand for longer holdings and targeting much huge gains, they will invest from time to time and keep holding as they have target amount to sell. Buy when they are selling and sell when they are buying, that might be the motto of some investors in the cryptocurrency market. I think it's a good opportunity to buy some top coins like bitcoin and ethereum in an affordable prices because these coins will surely go up again in the future. The price of these coins will not always in decline or stay in a low price forever, there is a right time for them to go up again.

For sure, people who have the money will buy in every time the panic sell happen, and they can buy as much as they want because they never see a low price again in the future. They were buying coins because they believe that coins can be one of the profitable coins in the future and they will make sure to get that coin right now. I think they didn't do anything after they can get the coins and only hold in their wallet until the price will increase later. You have a good decision to hold some of your tokens because if you sell right now, your profit will not be bigger, but it's only for a project that can bigger for a long time.

Other people is taking the opportunity to buy more coin during the market dump because they knew that there will be a panic selling and its their chance to buy the coin on much lower price although they are not sure when the market recovers but if they have a different coins to hold then they had a big chance to gain profits.

I think bigtime investors are strong enough to buy significant digital assets during dumping period. Due to their huge capital, they can afford to gamble on some coins by collecting more of them when the prices really go down. They have time to wait until rhe next bull run without thinking of losses.

capital really determines the trader for longer speculations, we certainly understand that, I will also do it if indeed the analysis is very possible to make the price bounce back high, the price correction makes it all reasonable to keep moving back in the same price range.
