I think this year there will be another coin that will overtake bitcoin and it may be ethereum. Today there is a lot of good news about ethereum and more and more enthusiasts ethereum. But ethereum will not exceed the bitcoin price.

In soon future, it will be the same situation with mainstream currency, but in the long-term future, I think it will be Dash - for the simple reason that Dash can do everything that Bitcoin can, moreover has a decentralized management. Or most innovative coin which doesn`t exist yet.

In this time two cryptocurrency are higly famous and those two currency are Bitcoin and Ethereum. In my opinion Bitcoin is the king because of its market price which is higher than others. It has larger community base and fan following. It has larger user in all sections of bitcoin like in signature campaign job, investment section and in transaction section. It is also accepted by company like Microsoft, Amazon, porches etc. In recent time Ethereum is a much more profitable but in near future bitcoin will back to it place. I think ETH is the only coin capable of beating BTC in the near future, but BTC still remains king of crypto
Yes, the mainstream of BTC will turn to ETH if the circumstances of BTC has pass already. But as what i have seen the future of market i think many years will be generating to pass this new forma of platform. As the digital market has getting popular world wide it makes so futuristics.

I think personally if I do not think it will happen, but there may be a good project, if that happens, but I think it is very difficult to go beyond it because Bitcoin is the king of all the coins in the market crypto.so if the potential currency rises to a peak, it can not shake the position of Bitcoin.

There is the possibility that ethereum could be replaced since there are many competitors and some of them have some really nice characteristics, but bitcoin is never going to be replaced, all the coins with a few exceptions use the blockchain and they only change small things like the speed of the block generation, the reward, or the limit of coins but are more or less the same and you cannot replace bitcoin with that.
I think it would be hard to replace BTC or ETH with another project (coin). Because very popular in the world and I feel BTC will be legal in every country to be a digital currency.

I don't think there is any coin in the market right now which can replace bitcoin and become the new king, bitcoin is recognized almost every where and most countries have adopted it as a means of payment and bitcoin is still bring more people into the space, and in the future more people will still adopt it so i still see bitcoin been the leading top coin in the future, unless something bad happens but if everything seems good then bitcoin to the world.

In my opinion, as long as the market did not appear the same coin that can give BTC competition, so wait and see what will happen, but as the applicant is ETH, perhaps
if I think that will be the new king is Ethereum, because I see Ethereum growth is very fast.

Btc will be remain as king of cryptocurrency for all time. No coin can overtake that in future as well. However their may be few queens in the seen. out of that eth is the main one. Time to time other coins will come to front with technology. But as far as for all transactions eth will be used for some more time. for now NEO like coin giving some competition for eth. However the king and queen for some more years or long time are btc and eth.
I think there is no encryption currency that can replace BTC and ETH now. Because these two are all tested by the market. And the number of users is very large. The other altcoins are still in the exploratory stage. It really takes a long time to really replace BTC and ETH.

I have been thinking about this question for quite a long time, and I am now ready to give a concrete answer to this question. I don't think that in the near future any of the coins will be able to surpass Bitcoin and come out on top. I think Bitcoin will further strengthen its position this autumn.
I agree with you, there is no doubt that there are really high end competitors racing for the title king of all coins and its very hardnto distinguish which are promising since every one has unique role and characteristics, but no matter what potential, i think bitcoin improves as time passes by like other coins too so I guess bitcoin is still the king Jump to:
