As we know BTC-ETH, has the upper hand but as per my opinion NEO is the new king in crypto because NEO has to offer Low exchange visibility,Initial Coin Offerings (ICO) returns, Community and Easy staking. That why NEO will be the new King.
I think it will probably be ZCash. Unlike Bitcoin, it allows users, at will, not to upload data to the public block. Data on the amount of payment in the ZEC, as well as their sender and recipient. So, there was some kind of transaction, but who knows what to send to whom - the devil knows.

The best projects and the latest concepts will always exist as time goes by and the faster the growth of technology, but to determine a coin king or whatever it is we need another factor for example the people's trust / user, and thinking for the new king's coin could happen in cryptocurrency.

I think bitcoin and ETH will still be at the forefront for the next few years. because in terms of popularity no one can beat both. but it does not rule out the possibility that in the future there will be a new coin that can rival it.

There is no need for new King. The old King is the new King and has no competition at all. The popularity of Bitcoin can't be beaten by any other coin. The demand for Bitcoin is highest compare to any other coin so I think that Bitcoins place as King is secure.

There won't be another King. bitcoin will keep on being the best crypto even over all the current crypto. There is no other altcoin will have the capacity to supplant the situation of the bitcoin even ethereum and altcoin bear however.
