I think that all because of the lack of a full picture of how many bitcoins in the market are shady and stock exchanges!

I have two options for why the market for alternative crypto currency is in such a sad situation. The first option is the usual manipulation. And the second option is this, then the market is trying to get rid of scam projects and scammers.
perhaps altcoin costs take after bitcoin costs so if just bitcoin goes up Altcoin would likewise go up, possibly if Altcoin token Erc20 it's token cost will take after the cost of ethereum
