But this situation where altcoins price dropping will be back to their normal state once the bitcoin price is going to rise again.

In my own perspective, I will blame the dump in price of bitcoin and altcoins on the investors that don't really have full knowledge about crypto and they are in crypto world. They sell at a very ridiculous price because they don't want to lose it all.

But there are also chance that if bitcoin rises again, ALT will suffer because every investors on ALT will start buying bitcoin and will leave altcoins.
