I have more than a hundred of useless tokens in my Ethereum wallet which were received from different Bounties and Airdrops, the only option is to keep them holding.
I probably like in most others, hope dies last. Therefore, I still keep all my coins with me and I am sure that I am not giving it in vain.
I believe that holding is the best and amazing strategy in the crypto feild but we also need to be more careful on holding specially on shitcoin, I have so many coin that is now dropping and some are turn into shitcoin and it's value is now really at the 95% drop and I think I don't have a choice, I need to hold for it to avoid lossing I need to wait until the time comes that it will rise.
There are some tokens in my ethereum wallet that have lost value to the extent I don't think they can ever recover even if the bull market starts tomorrow due to the level of competition in the altcoin market. I also bought some coins but can't remember the password or name of exchange i bought them on (thinking it was cryptopia) I didn't bother transferring it off the exchange and most of them were bought around 1satoshi.

There are some reasons for peoples who still holding their coins, maybe it is because most peoples cannot accept to selling at very low price, so they keep holding. A trader usually sell their coin when it going down below a certain % from the buying price, but holders is different, they can wait for long to give time for the recovery of coin price in the market.
I believe that the cryptocurrency market will recover as soon as possible that's why I hold those coins.
Shitcoins never fins its real value no matter how strong fundamental basement they have. Big projects already found their way and pump dump coins lost their meaning of existence in a short time after the 2017 bull market. it would be useless to sell it because of the price it have.And I like to keep them as a reminder of what I had in the past to remind me of my mistake so I wouldn't do the same mistake again.
Honestly most of the shit coin that I have is from the airdrop so their isn't so much lose for me,Some of them are also from the bounty ,
Maybe about 50% are from airdrop 25% are from bounty and the other 25% is from my investment.
I believe that the cryptocurrency market will recover to previous prices. That is why I keep some alternative coins. But, maybe I'm wrong and they will never go up.
Everyone who participated in the bounty and airdrop there are tokens(coins). Why I do not destroy them(sell)? Because of the Commission which is not small. Let them remind me of my greed that there was a chance to sell them, but I was waiting for their growth in the future.

Why did you bought those coins in first place? After you answer that question ask yourself if those coins still fulfill that purpose.
What other purpose could you guess altcoin are bought for except making profit? I bought the tokens because I had spare cash mostly gotten from fork coins and also through my cashout policy on well established coins. And no one could had predicted the type of bear market we're experiencing we only anticipated a correction not this massive decline in price. Cash possibly lost in those token doesn't concerns me I just want to know why you're still hodling those shitcoins.
LOL the profit. But from what? You dont get profit from something that have no use case. Bitcoin brought us revolution 10 years ago. We are lucky to be here early to seize it. And some people are chasing profits instead of to invest in this revolution that is one of a lifetime chance.
I did not bought bitcoin for profit. I bought it because I saw high chance Bitcoin will be the next world reserve currency. Today I need to look at it again and if I dont believe in that then I should sell. If I still believe then I should hold and buy more. Saying I bought fro profit is dumb. Profit is a result of betting on something that turn true. If you bought last year any coin is now time to sell since you for sure did not gain profit with it. You said you bought for profit. So you have to sell.
There is no point of selling the shitcoins so i guess that is why i am still holding those shitcoins maybe right now their still a shitcoins but in the future they have a huge of value in the market. We have a lot of investors out there so do not loss hope.

Most of altcoins are shit coins as well as most of tokens are shit tokens. So, be careful and hesitated a little bit before clicking orders to buy and invest is important. For good projects, holding will help investors survive thorough crashes and get profits for their long holding time. However, it is totally contrast for shit projects, shit altcoins, and shit tokens. Holding longer, bigger losses.
I was hold alot of different token from bounty campaign with aim that token will give me profit up to 50 times, but the trend of market changed to long bearish, so i decided to sell all of them in loss and use the balance to buy others coin that more strong and has working product. Hopely by this way, the value of my asset increasing in bull market.

There are some that I just let them as it is because they are very small in value and who knows if it gets pumped in the bullrun because that is how it goes. A lot of my shitcoin are just between 1-5 sats so I don't really care if I sold some of them or I hold one of them. For me, I'm just taking chances.
