Generally do mostly only beginners. Those who have long been on the forum normally keep my coins longer. In my purse there are tokens which have more than a year there. And I'm still thinking of selling them or not.

Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.
ICO bounty are just another income streams from the internet , i sell them direclty after i get them

They most likely sell tokens because they need more cash. In situation where someone needs additional income it can be good add. I don't see other reason. At least hold some, don't sell all. It's always a good choice.

It is not only about bounty hunters but also it is true about investors that sell their tokens immediately when the price is just a little bit higher than it was during the ICO, so in that case we're having a significant dump of the prices.

I think sometimes they sell because they just want to dump the coins and get some small amount of ETH. This I think should be stopped because it sometimes it destroys the coin.

Not every bounty hunters were the same, most of the bounty hunters keep hold of it expecting big return when the respective token grow high in value. Even the immediate selling could affect the market of the token, better is to hold until it gets listed to few exchanges and then sell it rather than selling it when listed to the very first exchange.

There are two possible reasons why they do choose to sell immediately upon recieving than to hold for years. First, they may probably cannot see a reason to hold it or they think that holding it for a long period of time won't result to profit. The second one is maybe because they are expecting its market value to fall at anytime so in order to secure profit, they will sell it already.

Bounty hunters have a totally different mindset.
Since they don't put any of their own money in, they aren't concerned at all about profit margins or future stability.
If they get their reward and see they can sell it for a couple hundred dollars, there isn't much incentive to hold on to it longer.

Also, I have noticed a growing type of bounty hunter that dominates others.
These are the types that mass apply to many different campaigns and spam, copy paste, plagiarize, etc.
There is little thought or effort put into the company itself and it's long term value.
So, of course, they will just cash in.

I really hope that bounty campaigns will start to change because overall, they seem to hurt more than help a project.
The marketing they provide is very small and almost always they end up hurting the tokenomics of the company.

They are probably worried that they would earn smaller profit if they will choose due to the possibility in the market value of thst particular token to fall due to market volatility. So therefore, it is their way on securing. It is a bit reasonable because not all tokens especially the new listed ones from ICOs, are not that promising to be held for years and won't be that much profitable.

For example, I always leave tokens, with a few exceptions. It seems to me that little-known projects have more chances to give a big profit. Even if several coins lose their value, it will pay off at the expense of others

most likely it depends on the ICO projects themselves. recently, I do not see successful ICO in which the price would rise. I do not know whether it depends on the fall of the market or for other reasons, but it is not profitable for me to derazht tokens that fall in price and are unlikely to grow in the future in price.

Not all, but most of the bounty hunters, are dumping their tokens once receive. The have direct informatio of the project. Through a period of at least 3 months they do research on it. So they know the potential of the project.

Thus, they just do the promotional tasks but at the back of their mind saying the project will fail eventually.

Most bounty hunters have the same holders as everyone. The rate is lowered by early investors. So many people mistakenly believe that bounty hunters can lower the course .

some bounty hunter need money and waiting bounty distribution then sell it no matter low or high price , if needed money , they will sell it ASAP.
if the project seems good and promising , i believe , the bounty hunter will hold the token till have a good price for selling , and not dump the market.
but , alot bounty participants afraid while holding some token and see the price fall , then they sell it.
if u get token , thats depends on you , you want hold , just hold , if u need money , just go sell 50% , because if the token price pump , u still have 50% in your wallet.

Why do bounty hunters sell immediately they receive reward? Hhmm... The following could be some of the reasons:
1.  If the coin is not a promising one, bounty hunters dump immediately
2.  Because of the past experience.  A lot of bounty hunters have held on to some coins before hoping for its improvement, many months rolls back, nothing happened, this has created some fear in some people, as result they sell anything immediately they receive it
3.  Quest for quick money.  Many bounty hunters are just looking for a very quick money, whenever they get anything, they sell it in a hurry.
4. Failure of the bounty manager to keep to their words. Bounty managers that promised 1 month after ICO for token distribution now turn one month to three months, both investors and bounty hunters would have lost lost trust in such in such project, they will be looking for any opportunity to dump such coin whenever they are listed on exchange.

I'll give you an example for this. Look at connectjob on coinmarketcap. Before distributing awards to bounty hunters, it was selling at 0.05$.
Once distribution took place, price fell to 0.0045 and has remained there ever since.
Bounty hunters know that such shit coins would crash and remain there, hence they sell it immediately to get as much as they can from it.

The answer is simple, to care for money. Many people are engaged in this work is very dishonest and they do not care about the final result of the project. I try not to sell coins until I postpone that the price really reflects the amount that this project deserves.

Many hunters sell their earned tokens from participating in bounty companies, because they want to make a profit immediately. They do not want to wait long, and hope that the project will be successful. And as practice shows, sometimes this tactic has its advantages.

Why did you decide so. Not all bounty hunters sell coins immediately as received. Everyone has their own strategy in this regard. Someone sells right away, somebody sells a part and a part afterwards, somebody is waiting for a pump
