Do you think that the whole country split into groups of tens would be able to keep its existence or exist without a leader? Do you truly think that the whole financial system would exist if there was no one to pay taxes?

Taxes, are the main source of federal, state and local government revenues, paying for the buildings, public education, highways, airplanes, rockets, road signs, social services, agriculture, subsidies, disasters, police and fire departments etc etc. Really, why should we pay taxes?

The other side of course, is the size of taxes and their purpose, which also worries me. But in general, how would we exist otherwise?

Taxes is meant to take care of collective governance, without which it is nearly impossible to live in fully functional society. It is a civil and a moral responsibility to pay tax. the problem however is that it is often too high.

It's part of the status quo. If they don't pay taxes they will get a in a lot of trouble. And most people choose that than to have their life and credit ruined. I'm sure that's not a good excuse for you, but if the government doesn't have money, then it can't run, and whatever you have won't matter.

If you do not like to pay taxes then you can always buy a boat and sail the high seas or move into the wilderness of Canada, Alaska, South America, Africa. But you probably do not like that scenario.

You would probably want legal and physical protection, and would utilize the market that the government is legally organized and edited, you would use the state infrastructure but would not want to pay for the use if you will not pay taxes to the government then there is no police no court no law just because of this we have to pay taxes

Taxes are very beneficial if used for a good purpose and not being corrupted. I agrrr ti pay taces because i want my country to prosper. I want people living in the mountainous area to be able to deliver there goods becs. Of the infrastructures build through taxes. It is good to see all the children go to school.

Now why do we still need to pay taxes even though the government employees have a big salary and the even the government holds the money of a certain country? That is because taxes will help to pay the building constructions like, schools, business institutions and so much more. They also spend the taxes in helping poor people.
