See... one of the many things wrong with Islam right there. The Sunni vs Shia divide. Sunnis and Shia have been slaughtering each other for centuries. In fact, Shia are not "these specific people" but in fact are over 1/3 of all Muslims in the middle east, and the majority in many countries. Furthermore, ISIS is Sunni, so if that is an example of "following the rules of Islam to the fullest"... that does not say good things about Islam.
