True, everyone has their own thoughts and points of view when it comes to addressing a problem, or what it means is that they have their own way of minimizing bad points of view or possible criticism from others regarding their involvement in gambling and one of them is by choosing to hide their involvement where their actions will be able to prevent them from bad points of view in the eyes of others.

It depends on the environment too, simply put if for example you are in an environment that does not question your involvement in gambling then maybe you will not really hide your involvement in gambling because you feel that you have a fairly active environment in gambling, On the other hand, yes, the gambling industry is now easier to access because you can find many casinos that are engaged in the online field but for the problem of whether the public's perspective on gambling is good or bad, it has nothing to do with the ease of accessing gambling, because no matter how easy you reach gambling, it is still the case that if for example you are in an environment that puts a negative perspective on this activity then yes, the solution is to hide your involvement so that you avoid some criticism or disturbance.

That's true, even though gambling is forbidden, there are people who do it because gambling is fun and tempting, but we shouldn't have too much hope in gambling because it will only get us into trouble. Many people still hold bad ideas about gambling and let's face it, there is a huge lack of self control in the world today which translates into a large amount of people who have picked up a gambling habit. Many people cannot gamble in moderation, they take it too far and keep going until their bank account is looking much less healthy than when they started. It also draws in and traps people who have the least amount of money to begin with. It's understandable that people have got a dim view of gambling, especially when you see them making huge profits - look at Bet365 for example, pulling in hundreds of millions in a single year for the owner, and all that money came out of the pockets of the average person.

There's some that generalization on which the society ended up on having that bad views towards gambling because it can really mess up someone life on which its not really that something you can blame people
but just like i have said that we do really love on generalizing on which it isnt really that right on some point. It is really that something shameful for someone who doesnt really like on someone has to say
something into them and thats why on the time that they are dealing with something specially gambling then they would really be that hiding themselves on playing something.

Most people do it because it's illegal to gamble in public. Where I'm from it's illegal to do a lot of things in public, everything has to be done in designated areas. You can't drink in front of a store or church, and you can't gamble in the middle of a street.

All public spaces are off limits for things like that, which is why people do all the stuff you can think of in hiding. For instance, we used to drink and gamble in basements of apartment buildings. Some people even organized undergroud fights in there. My friend used to make illegal alcohol in such place. I fully understand gamblers who hide what they do.

Gambling is banned in some countries, while in other ones it's approached like "negative influence" a bit like drinking alcohol. Many people don't drink in the open because you'll either get a fine, or you'll get "the look" depending on your location. Maybe they're hiding because they don't want to attract unwanted attention, since there's money on the line, so while they're distracted someone could approach them, take the money they have in that container that OP has mentioned and run. In most cases it's just safer to stay out of sight.

There may be people who are very responsible in life and in their work, which is very difficult. Also no one wants a family member to know about a gambler's gambling. For which everyone tries to conduct their gambling by going some distance or hiding from the common people. There are many cases where a gambler is pressured by his family after learning about his gambling. Sometimes various problems arise with the family which later create big problems. If a gambler can conduct gambling in secret then no such problem can touch him. As a result he was able to conduct uninterrupted gambling.

All family members certainly hope for the best for the future of the people they love, therefore gambling is considered an activity that can damage finances and has the potential to ruin the future. Every family has values that they adhere to in order to maintain peace in the house, and indeed there are many gamblers who come from families like that, and they will definitely hide their gambling activities. Of course, by hiding it, someone will get peace of mind because they are not under pressure, and I think that is a very wise decision.
