Mew is just like a decentralized, smart contract based wallet, so i do not think it has any problems, yes there is one thing it can sometimes load slowly or the tokens can load slowly depending on the congestion of the network.
if you forget your private key and password to get private key, dont give your private key to anyone so that your MEW cant be hack, and sometimes MEW is lagging, although thats normal.

Specifically, what kind of trouble are you speaking of? if you are talking about network congestion troubles then it is partially because of the number of users but this is also more because of the number of network transactions being attempted at any given time. A good example is from when that crypto kitty game was going on and everyone was playing this game to get collectible crypto kitties which at the same time generated a lot more transactions which overloaded the network and slowed everything way down. But that wouldn't just hurt MEW, it would hurt anyone transacting any kind of ethereum connected currency such as various ICO tokens.
what kind of trouble? i never have trouble using mew. there are many hacks happening but that is because the users are not careful.
It's not the wallet problems, just users have problems with viruses on computers. The only problem that was the substitution of DNS routing.
By installing unwanted and dangerous apps and extension can harm and can be hacked your computer. To make yourself wallet safe need to Please uninstall unverified Extension and apps. Always try to use verify website and always verification system.
Sure. It's the common wallet. All new people who start to learn about the crypto world will know and use it. Therefore it has many people use it at the same time. Sometimes i need 3 days to send my token to my friend's wallet.
Maybe if you take your time to read some of the security popup when you enter the MEW site, you will understand why a lot of people always have a problem.

For now MEW is considered to have been delayed and not a mistake. Maybe this problem is not serious but this problem can interfere with someone's transaction. But I'm sure this can all be overcome and will return to normal.
I don't know what troubles are you talking about . I have no problems with MEW wallet and you need to keep in mind that it is just a software shell for Ethereum blockchain , so if you are facing with delays in transactions it's not MEW , it's eth blockchain .
Please do not blame MEW if users are the one responsible for their own problem, like using crappy devices, infected device, and crappy internet.
Are you talking about trouble sending ETH? If I understand correctly, it is probably gas fee that changes. This is not due to MEW but rather to the ETH network.

i have been using myetherwallet for so long time. i have never had any trouble with it. i connect to myetherwallet with my trezor hardware wallet. it is very simple and userfriend plus more safe.
It has many problems because people who use it have many problem. It is not a centralized wallet just allow you to access your own wallet.
I often using MEW to sent of receive coins many times, and up until now there isn't any problem occur on me.

as long as I use MEW, I don't have any problems, or maybe your intention is a problem when sending a token to a traffic jam, I think that's because of the many users at that time and try checking the gas at https://ethgasstation.info before transfer so that the token is transferred does not experience long delays
I think that during stress testing the problem of big amount of users performing in MEW in the same time was liquidated. Check your PC or internet connection.
try to explain in advance what you mean by the problem at MEW. please explain in detail what happened.

It doesn't matter how many users are using MEW as an online wallet. MEW depends on the ethereum network and its server. sometimes that makes sense to see MEW has a problem with its server as long as it's not about the MEW gets hacked. Remember there was a competitor of mew called Mycrypto too and it was providing a dekstop wallet and i think that much better than MEW from various reasons. 
MEW have in trouble because all hackers are hacking more accounts of people and also it is easy for hackers to hack rather than credit card and bank accounts.
