Bitcoin value volatility is what people attracts more especially investors because they profit a lot. They gain on bitcoin that's why millionaires are investing and interested on bitcoin.Maybe bitcoin is volatile now to prepare all people that this is the identification of bitcoin to let people know about bitcoin for we might live in a cashless society. I think we're just facing for the coming future for us not to surprise about bitcoin.

I think today bitcoin prices are not as high as last year, now bitcoin prices continue to decline, now is the right time to buy bitcoin, if you still think bitcoin expensive, you can buy altcoin which is cheaper than bitcoin

We all have different views about this matter but for me, bitcoin's volatility is greatly influenced of the demand it is getting. The law of supply and demand can be depicted here in bitcoin. Almost everything in the market are volatile, they are harldy stable. Maybe your new to this, but the change in value is constant sometimes going up, sometimes going low. But rest assured that bitcoins value will be going up again in the right time and still it is a good imvestment.

The reason why bitcoin value is so volatile is because of the high speed increase and decrease of it's demand,
I think you already know that the price of bitcoin depends on the demand just like in the stock market the higher the demand is the higher the price would get,
And since there are a lot of us who are using bitcoin the price could move unexpectedly.

This growth due to volatility attracts even more people thus increasing it's value further. The best time to buy Bitcoins recently was last month as it's value dipped, it's going up again.

And with this regulatory body absent in Bitcoin, it becomes very volatile as demand goes wild. And that's the second reason. The demand.

Bitcoin price is directly affected by demand. Simple economics. But as we all know, the bitcoin news lately is a lot which affects the demand every now and then and therefore affects the price.

The demand for bitcoin should actually stabilize bitcoin at this point and drive it exchange rate accross $17,000 by now . From what you are saying, it is pretty much wrong, volatility just happen to be there because people are day trading it

It is not really volatile though at this point unless you use a 5 min chart, if you use the 1 day chart to check the chart then you can see we are actually quite stable right now

One of the main reason is the supply and demand it is gaining from the investors and users. We can all see that the demand in bitcoin right now has grown a lot that's why the value of bitcoin right now is very expensive. You should always expect that the value will rise no matter what happens because the influence of it is increasing over time. Bitcoin's value is expected to keep rising and I do really hope it would happen too.

and I would not compare Bitcoin with gold, because gold has its own material value and physical form, which is more valuable, unlike bitcoin. Even if we imagine some global catastrophes in the world, gold will never lose its price, and Bitcoin will simply disappear.
