What are the most common reason why is it hard to say sorry to someone?
Because you have to admit you did something wrong. This is the hardest part for everyone in my opinnion.
Its hard to say this words especially if you're not vocal with what you really feel but deep inside you you're sorry but having a hard time to say and express it.

By saying sorry you admit you were wrong, people don't like to admit they're wrong :/

Right. If you can't say sorry to stop the pain of others, especially when you are in the wrong, you are a rather sorry specimen of humanity.
But literally indeed because the pain will always there not until apologies has been made and accepting what we’ve done wrong to ease the pain and start over again
In the end Admitting to commit mistakes will benefits both parties,the pain will gone from the one,and the guilt will also gone for the others
For some people they find hard saying sorry because they don't want to admit that they have done something wrong because of their pride and ego.But some people also couldn't say sorry but deep inside them they really feel sorry not because of their pride but for them their silence means that they are wrong or sometimes they remain silent because they know they are the one who's right. Before, I find saying sorry so hard because I don't want to lose the argument but as I mature I understood that saying sorry is one way of showing that you are old enough to accept that not all the time you are right and that other people need to adjust just for your sake.

To said sorry is actually hard for us because of pride and I do agree with you and if we are able to keep ago and pride we would have a peaceful world. Many countries are in war now because of ago. Family including husband and wife are having misunderstand because of just saying "sorry"! It is one of the easiest words to speak but it is hard in the mouth of many of us.

Absolutely mate that’s the main reason because Shane and Guilt boosting our Ego and Pride not to admit our mistakes and with that we usually deny the fact that we already knew we are in fault Because of Pride, each party doesn't want to lose on an argument that's why is it hard to say sorry.
But what is pride if we are really the one who commit mistakes?i guess this must be stop if we want to have a happy and live in friendly world
