I dont think, that the price of bitcoin is so high now, after all, we saw the price of $ 20,000 for bitcoin. It is now possible that a new price record, including total market capitalization, will be reached.
The price of bitcoin so high because, betcoins has limit, all people are interesting bitcoin and want invest money in it. There is first crypto in the world. Few mount ago bitcoin was about 17000 dollars but now about 7. So now it is not high so much. In my opinion now the better time for invest money in bitcoin.
Most likely, the technology used by bitcoin does not play a big role here.

This is so ,it might be that there are many who join the bitcoin activities and there are lots of investor pouring their money on crypto, and maybe there is strong promotions of bitcoin and investors grab it that makes maybe the price of bitcoin is so high.

People trust to bitcoin and ready to buy those overpriced coins because they think they will become rich in few days. They are just don't understand anything.
