Basically the more reason why people invest in projects are because of profits from the project. Nobody will like to run at lost when investing on a particular project. I have invested on projects before now and run at lost but, of recent I made an investment and also have huge profits back in my investment.

Investors are wiser than before and never want to run their investment with lost. They have learnt from scam projects that happened in the time past and be caution on what to invest or not. The reason why many investors are afraid to invest is because of scam projects that have dominated the ICOs projects, even the IEOs recently.

Its hard to attract investor because, Now investor have limited amount of money to invest but crypto marketing is unlimited , each and every day new coin and token is launch. Most projects are coming out with similar solutions. and because of what happen in 2018 investor are more wise especially when its comes t o ICO & IEO .

Personally, I believe that investors are now very carefully vibrating promising projects. Since there are so many projects on the market that do not justify their actions and this all ends in bankruptcy. And therefore, investors consider all offers very carefully so as not to lose their investments.

Maybe they just don't want to trust again. Scared to entrust again their hard earned money to professional scammers such as the ICO's own "reliable" team. Needless to say, it was an experience that was very frustrating and not that easy to cope with.
"I've participated in one ICO sometime ago and at the start it looked very promising. The ICO's very own chairman along with the admins were just so overwhelmingly accommodating to every investor and bounty participants as well. Always available in the telegram channel to answer all the inquiries. Nonetheless, when it was time to give back the investors their rewards and benefits, they were all gone. Taking with them all the investors money".
So i guess, for some investors, they just wouldn't want to go through with that same situation again.

Those scams are from the ICO before, 2018 and 2019 is not a great year for cryptocurrency, scammers are all around the corner of investments.
This is the main reason why it is very hard to attract investors now to trust any project.
But we have now a new system to offer which is IEO. i think if the project will be listed to a good exchange like Binance, Kucoin or some other good exchange they will be back.
They will be investing again as long as the project offers a good future for the investors and will provide a very good product.

Investors nowadays are now smart, they are now focusing in protecting their capital than making a lot of money. I am sure it is the reason why there are now only few investors that are investing in cryptocurrency.

Because there are no more short term gains like how it use to be back in 2017, all what some investors are after is what they will give within a short time frame, then there are the problem of scammers who more interested in scamming rather than creating a standard project

It is harder nowadays to attract new investors, especially for ICO projects. First of all, the market is red so the prices are going down and the risk of investing in any crypto project becomes higher for so many potential investors. Secondly, the number of legitimate and promising projects is actually very limited, and a lot lesser than 2017.

The only good way to attract investors is to show that you really know what you're doing
thats why its hard to attract investors with shiny words
but its easy to attract people that dont understand what they are doing with shiny words
however there are so many project that this people divided between all the projects

ICO have outlived their time, now little is invested in projects. investors were frightened by the constant fraud on the part of companies. and in General was just not beneficial when you invest the same amount but in the end after trading on the stock market get a loss-X3 and maybe more

There are still investors nowadays but they only became wiser to choose only trusted and potential ICOs and IEOs. Scam projects affect the decision making of most investors that they are now skeptical about investing. Some of them only focused on top coins to get rid of uncertain losses. New projects also need to create latest strategies to attract more investors.

That influence a lot with how investors seen the situations, those many scammers push away possible investors. It's hard to convince them as some might experienced being scam and some of them heard or read about scam projects.

Attracting investors needs to present many factors that the team will be able to delivers, providing future plans and good road map to be consider.

What you're saying is true, investors are starting to be more cautious now before deciding to invest in a project because there are many scam projects and it affects other projects that have good plans to carry out the projects they bring but then it becomes difficult because investors are starting to be very be careful and don't want to rush to invest their money. I think this is a natural thing because something that often happens will make someone more careful, and here there is nothing to blame and to eliminate the fear of starting to invest I feel is not an easy thing to do. So, it all depends on everyone's choice, if we don't want to just keep quiet, then keep on observing every new project and dare to take risks according to what we have observed from the project, I think this is a choice that must be made by every investor.

Initial coin offering, aka ICOs are dead so people do not invest in them. They do not give any profit anymore. Some Initial Exchange Offerings aka IEO give profit but they need to be on a big exchange with a good volume. For exmaple binance gives some profit but when you hold that much BNB, you end up losing your funds because of the BNB value decline. I am not sure whats gonna happen with token sales.

It's not that hard to bring investors but we could say that peoples were rushing and fomoing in the crypto field but after the high dumps in the 2018 peoples realised that the loss opportunity is available and could happen. Investors are not rushing now but they prefer to invest in safe IEO's and stuffs like that, the ecosystem is getting regualted and investors are getting aware more and more which is somehow good.

First of all, because you need to know how to sell your idea. Secondly, investors usually have a choice and doesn't spend their money without being sure, that they'll not loose them.
Also, investors nowadays may be afraid of getting into scam.

Before with the ICO, it is really hard to attract any investors to project because there were so many scam team before.
Now with the IEO it is easy and fast to attract them, just make a good team with a great project and good future.
Then go on one of the best excahnge in the world and do IEO.
