maybe it was all because of the scamers, many projects were unsuccessful, the product was difficult to develop, the team and the developer were not honest and ultimately damaged the bad image of the ico project. and the second reason may be that investors have lost confidence with the current ico project, making it difficult to attract investors back to invest in the project.

It is the situation of today that more than 50% of new projects are either turning scam or getting failed due to not raising enough funds for their projects.
This in turn creating a negative vibe in new projects for investors to invest.
At the moment investors have lose their confidence in new crypto projects. Hop regulations will ease the situation and investors will gain the confidence again.

Its the same reason, scam. This is one of the main reasons why its hard to attract investors because it isn't a current thing. This has been there from time immemorial. Probably, these investors have been cheated in one or two.projects they participated and are now cautious of the upcoming projects.

Yes, I agree with you it is better to eliminate the risk of the scammer. Many scammers is clever to make a real project, so investors are now afraid of such a thing.
Maybe the only way only IEO can replace the ICO for now. Minimum risk because it is managed by the top exchange like Binance.

Its simple we already learned from our mistakes, so much greed, etc. That's serves a lesson that not all projects are good and legits. We started to investigate first before investing, even if they have real team with a copycat project they will have no future. I think its better to invest on binance IEO for sure they review and verifiy each project. the profit is guaranteed but its not guranteed that you can join, because it is a lottery style it needs some luck too.

Maybe one of the side effects of bear market is pushing away the investors and it is not new to them that there lot of scam projects these days. if you remember before the bull run starts there are lots of newbie investors that keep throwing their money on any projects without even investigating first because they just go with the flow of hype and green market.

Fraud incidents are more likely to occur to new investors because they are carried away by references without knowing the details of the project being invested and to make their trust return will take more time but I personally believe investors will return back when the market starts to improve again

Before investors are everywhere in crypto currency specially mid 2017 but everything change
Ico's started to boom in the internet, you can choose a lot
of ico that you like, but then started to change , there are ico that are scam, running with investors money in a snap, lending platforms also can be seen, the same happens they suddenly disappear
we have already have a very good market if there are no scammers
they change everything, now investors are so hesitant whenever there is a new coin that are good but they opted out because they think its a scam, I think we should find a way to lessen or better eliminate them for good.

Everybody is scared to invest in any project considering the number of existing scam projects in the crypto space at the moment. New projects do not really have any specific thing that will attract investors to invest their money in them. Moreover project managers do not put in enough effort to build up projects that address specific challenges in the crypto ecosystem.

You're right. It is all the fault of fraudulent actions on the part of project administrators who conduct ICOs and even IEOs. Most likely, most of them understood that you can simply create projects, conduct ICOs or IEOs for them, collect money, but not fulfill the conditions and tasks that you yourself have created. Of course, an investor seeing this all just leaves or simply does not want to invest. How to increase investor confidence? It seems to me that you need to completely change the structure of projects and pay the team money only when all the conditions are met. Also, the regulatory option may affect improved investor confidence.

Investors are not stupid. Nobody will invest in project that is not guarantee to which extent will the project realize it set out goals and objective not to talk about making money. Gone are the days that everyone rush to investing in altcoin and coin get listed on good exchange and investors make huge profit. Now, things are different, almost 98% of any listed token now get listed with price very far from the token sales price and there is no guarantee that the price will return to the initial price not to talk about making profit

Attracting investors is indeed difficult, especially if the effects and scam issues have spread. Rarely do we find investors who are loyal to one place of investment, others are there when looking at profits. Here in my opinion investors have not seen a decent profit anymore, because the trend is down and more projects make fewer opportunities for success. In my view, crypto investors are very smart, especially those who are old users who understand well about investing in the digital world.

That's already the answer on why it is very hard to attract investors nowadays. When ICOs number have grown a lot, it was very hard to find a trustworthy one. Scams were everywhere and some of the ICOs would make you wait for so long, giving you hope, but in the end, it will show up as another scam. The trust of the investors is very hard to earn already and I think that is the result of lots of ICOs failing and wasting their time.

Yes, over the past 2 years, the ICO market has shown that a very small% is successful, this is against the backdrop of strong correction, it does not allow many projects to implement their plans, I think these are the main reasons

The reputation of this industry has suffered a lot and many will suffer more unless we could make some sort of regulation without removing the decentralization of cryptocurrency. In how to do this, it will be so difficult and many opinions regarding this matter clash with each other. We all have our ideas, concers and preferences but I think what can unify us is our hatred with those scams and our will to clear the bad rep of cryptocurrency.

eliminating new trend coins in my opinion is a bad thing, but investors must be smarter and wiser in choosing new projects, and now we know that there is currently an IEO which can be a benefit for investors as well because their funds are in my opinion quite safe, but that is their choice
It's investors options whether to continue searching for new projects to invest or stick with old coins that still progressive and still trying to survive
around the market. It's hard to pick what kind of project to follow as there's thousands of them around and new introductory projects are also keep
showing from time to time. It's needed to work deeper and not too quick to decide, use your time to study and invest only what you can afford to hold.

the developer is not responsible for the price of his coins when entering the exchange so that the opportunity for profit & loss will be 50:50.
Developers are still responsible for the price of their coin when it enters the exchange site cause the strategy they implement will make most of their coin holder to hold than sell the coin once it enter the exchange.

With that been said, I want to point out the reason why it hard to attract investors.
1) Alot of investors have lost huge fund through ICO scam
2) Most of new project token/coin loose value once they hit exchange site.
3) Some project owner broke the agreement/promise made for the investors by running away with the investors money.

Crypto scammers are the main enemy of the technology, many investors have turn away from crypto investments and quit, many who still invest focused more on IEO projects from big exchanges this days instead of ICO

Investors are tired of getting scammed by ICO Scammers in crypto apace so they stop trusting their money with ICO developers instead they feel safe investing in IEO, i think IEO should have been the first instead of ICO, too many criminals took advantage of ICO to rob innocent victims

Too many projects are scam and many investors lose money in scam projects, this make many investors quit investing in ICO projects and you can't blame them because its not easy to lose money to people you don't know, bad developers have taken over crypto space too, they are more into pump and dump scheme now

That is the problem and now on average investors put their money in bitcoin, which makes BTC's dominance even higher, and the effect is alt almost in place.
coupled with bad news about ico scams / fraud makes alt like being in a nightmare

Every one has now been careful to invest on ICO (Initial Coin Offering), which always promise and fail not to be in public sales, which end up as scam project, and i think that is the major problem of investors not attract to invest in some project that not have a product presentation or have not been listed on IEOs (Initial Exchange Offering).

For many people, the word ICO has long been associated with scammers and not with making a profit. Therefore, you need to understand that you do not need to choose among ICO not to fall into the hands of scammers, and you need to completely abandon this type of investment. And it is good that you offer to invest in IEO. This is a good option at the moment.
