Well that's true before they were everywhere but nowadays they are hard to come by, but even at that genuine projects doesn't find it hard getting investors. So I think investors are now wiser and smarter thus being conscious of how they invest which is why most projects nowadays finds it hard meeting softcap, even those who are already developed keeps dying off because they lack what it takes to operate.
In my opinion at this time investors are not more attracted by crypto like happen on 2017, something might change but is a bit hard and crypto universe should do something to attract more people.

I know for now, there is no known way of knowing or identifying scam projects but I just which someone develops an app or something that will identify them. Sincerely, investors cannot be blamed in this instances because no one even starts a business and prays to fail or make losses. Something has to be done about this issue of scam projects

The teams behind every projects are very important, even if the project have a lot to deliver to the public it can only be accomplished if the teams have good intentions, great teams with low rated project idea will still be a success compare to a project with high rated idea and bad teams
A project should consists of a solid team for them to have successful sale. Most of the projects are failing because of their team members who cannot handle their role properly.

I agree with you because the more scammers in the crypto market make investors afraid to invest in new coins. and I don't think we can get rid of scammers. Scammers are always in cryptocurrency and in fiat money. and from 2018 until now we have been in the bear market where almost all coins have declined. of course this situation makes investors not interested in investing in the crypto market.
It is very difficult to attract investors because many investors have learnt their lesson. You cannot continue to invest your money where you will lose them.
I don't know if you guys noticed this, i belief many investors have leave crypto since ICO disappointed many of them, we don't have many investors like we used to when ICO was good in 2017 and now that IEO is even safer i am still not satisfied with the results yet, investors needs assurances and there is no such thing in crypto world
quite a lot of investors who complain because they get a loss when investing in ICO because of the many frauds that occur in the ICO. and when I switch to IEO it seems like investors are adapting to invest in it, I think IEO can be better in security when investing in new projects. expect that many investors will believe in security in IEO

naturally if investors focus on IEO, seeing the development of IEO which is quite profitable in a popular market makes many people look for that opportunity (even me too). besides, it's not investors that are difficult to attract, but I feel that investors are good enough in choosing what they will invest. so, when there are good projects that emerge, I think investors will arrive easily.

Investors choose as well as move based on the market. When there is more demand for ico's investors focus were on it. Now IEO has elevated the market a level above. This has made them prioritize IEO over ICO now. Even now if they find a potential ico they'll not feel bad to invest. In a project the core value, the team backing it as well the scheduled development is much analyzed along with its real usage.Based on all these factors investments will be made. Apart from this investors will be much focused on projects that are backed by well established business firms. Many investors have lost their money in ICO and that has lead to many of them withdrawing from investing in any project. You can't blame them because you have to put your money where your mouth is.

unfortunatelly, there are many people who GREED as f*ck, they just wanna steal investor moneyit makes ICO doesnt have trust anymore in the investors

i think IEO is better for now, at least there is checking from exchange can improve new project qualityyeah i know it isnt 100% trusted, but at least it is better than ICO
In 2017 investors still believe in the ICO project, because by investing in the ICO project they can get a large profit. But after the many Scammers that made investors lose their money, it is now difficult to convince them that they are interested again in investing. There are still investors who do it, but not as much as in 2017.
People want to make fast money with low cost so they come out with fancy project ideas but actually scams. Investors are not all fools, most of them will not risk their money on unrealizable ideas.
It is because of all those negative news that are being spread by the media. The government controls most of the media, you know right? And most of the government does not like the concept of crypto currencies. After all they like to control people and their financial aspects. Now the government can't control crypto currencies, thus they hate it even more. All they do is talk about the dangers of crypto currencies thus people kinda hesitate to invest on crypto currencies.
