You have good points because some investors are fed up with the repetition of ideas made by these new projects which lack innovation and uniqueness. The market is becoming cluttered with stale, lack of uniqueness, repetition of ideas of already existing projects. Scam projects are also major bane to the recent lack of interest shown by investors.

Scammers are to be blame for this, they are the reason that no one is willing to trust ICO projects anymore even if they are legit projects, investors can't take the blames if they have no interest in ICO anymore, i as a person won't dare invest ICO

Yes, I agree with you it is better to eliminate the risk of the scammer. Many scammers is clever to make a real project, so investors are now afraid of such a thing.
Maybe the only way only IEO can replace the ICO for now. Minimum risk because it is managed by the top exchange like Binance.
I think for attracting investors we will have to make the market clear from all scamming projects the fear that people use to face will have to make them realize that it is their own thinking good and bad people lies around the world so we should have the ability to make research and find safe place for us than leaving an opportunity to invest in crypto. The image the cryptocurrency market portrays is not really friendly. I have read several derogatory and unpleasant remarks on the media over crypto and truly with the uncontrolled seasonal hacks and scams, the people who are not knowledgeable of the industry have a right to panic. Crypto stakeholders have alot of education to do rather than chasing profits on Binance and Okex

This is actually true, the scenario that we've seen before is like this. Most of the projects held bounty campaigns that has millions of budget to distribute to its participants, those people that helped them to market their project. And as soon as it reaches to the investors, they will eventually like it because many are advertising it but there's one big mistake that they didn't see it coming. It has been planned from the start when they've gained the trust of the people and making them believe that the project is on progress, they will leave eventually.

I do not think that we should blame the bearish market because whether the market is bear or bull, the investors always search for the legit project and when the project is legit they do not care about the bear or bull market they just invest their money for profit, and when the project seems scam to them nobody invest in that project even if the market is on peak.Blaming the bearish market is a weak Alibi. Samsung, HTC, Facebook, kakao and so on are not investing in the industry because of the bears and bulls but rather they are looking at how the technology can help then enhance and improve their services. Quality projects that solve real worlds needs will always have investors. Did you see what Aergo and Chainlink are doing?

But Investors have good knowledge in crypto platform and they invest long term relationship so they never worried on halted projects.
Yes, everything has changed for the worse and it's not like the glory of the project in the previous year, but I know that the crypto room is free and can accommodate anyone who wants to take it and it's been there a long time ago ... so, if we experience bitterness with the current project is normal. because not all projects will be the same as before or better the next day. and that is what is called the crypto market and you must always be vigilant in everything you have done.

A 4 letter word but for me, that changed the trend of ICO's. In 2017, there are many ICO's who became successful and there not that much scam at that time. In 2018, the number of scam ICO's increases and because of these investors are now afraid to invest in the ICO's. This is because they don't want to throw their money into a project that will become a scam project in the future.
This is why it instead of investing in ICO's, it is better right now to just buy it on an exchange if you believe that the project will be huge in the future.

Maybe one of the main reason why it is very hard for us to attract investors is because the investors lose already the trust that has been build by those scam projects so that maybe that is one of the main reason why it is very hard for us to look and attract the investors to invest in the projects or in the icos.
Scam projects is really hard to determine since there're no active regulation who took care for this serious concerns. Regaining people's trust on ICO still impossible for now due to bad experiences happened last few years. However the investors were now more observant that's why it tooks so hard for some projects to obtain success these days.
Without regulation is the main problem of this situation, if there are a proper guideline and a set of rules then it would not happen in this system, A lot of fake and scam project lunched in 2017 and 2018, during this time, a lot of real investors came to this platform and lost huge investment, so they have lost attention towards this cryptocurrency platform further investment, I think it's a warning but not all things went wrong, New days will come and new investors will also come to this platform when they will get the favorite environment of investment, so we have to wait for more days. I think it will not take so much time to get recovered from this situation.
I think it is difficult to attract investors with big money to cryptocurrencies because they are soberly assessing the situation and are not used to such big risks. Just in the cryptocurrency industry scares serious investors abundance of fraudulent ICO. This kind of token sale should disappear and be replaced entirely by IEO and STO. Big money will come into the cryptocurrency industry when it is strictly regulated and investors will receive protection from the state.
