I believe there must be a reason for one to sell his or her Bitcoin. Some time it could be that the sell has made profit from their investment and as such he or she will have no options than to sell at profit. To some people that earn Bitcoin through services they render, they will have to sell and convert it to their local currency in other for them to make use of there earning since maybe Bitcoin is not accepted as a means payment for goods and services just like in my country where my Bitcoin have to be converted to my local fiat currency before i can make use of it.

People sell their bitcoin because everyone needs money to buy their primary needs. So there's nothing wrong if everyone sells bitcoin as a necessity.

Even we do not want to sell but if really needed it and no other option but to sell.

I know there's lot of people out there in whole world who's hobby is to collect coins. Mostly old coins, coins from different countries etc etc. But bitcoin is not that thing. It's not a collectible, not yet. Therefore, people sell bitcoins to make profit. And selling your bitcoin is a very good move if it's not legal in your country.

There are a lot of reasons for this case. Maybe people sell their Bitcoin because they know at that time Bitcoin couldn't reach to higher price so they decided to sell it all then wait to buy it back after at lower price, maybe they need money to buy or pay for anything in their life so they sell Bitcoin for cash, maybe they feel there are some other altcoin with better potential in the future than Bitcoin so they sell all their Bitcoin to hold that altcoin,...there are a lot of reasons for this case.

People sell bitcoins because of various reasons and it depends on each individual and all people will not think alike in selling and buying bitcoins. Some will wait for the price to increase to sell them or to gain profit from what they bought the bitcoins for, no one will sell when there is a loss in other words when the price get lower than what they got the bitcoins for, and in certain unavoidable situations or when in emergency people tend to sell of their bitcoins. You keep an asset to use it for later purpose or when in an emergency and not to keep it for some one else to use it or enjoy the benefits of your assets.

Well, i think holding is still the best idea for bitcoins. Yes its more convenient if we can use them everyday for oir daily needs but seeing the rise in value, who would want to give their coins away?

There are different ways to earn bitcoin one of the most common is trading. Bitcoin is volatile its changes value from time to time that is why they sell it when bitcoin is at the high value and they are going to wait till the value of bitcoins drops then they will buy it again at a low price, they will do it, again and again, its pretty risky but there is always a risk in investments to be fair, and that's how trading works so, in this case, they will get high earnings, it was a smart way to increase your own bitcoin value.

I think most people who sell bitcoins nowadays want to get profit from its high price and may be they have some doubts because the price is volatile and can going down. Some other people sell bitcoin just to pay for their living needs and bills.
