I do not think that many crypto users are afraid of the government, just users do not like when governments try to regulate cryptocurrencies and make some restrictions on the use of cryptocurrencies in some countries, but gradually most of the governments of the countries understand the advantages of cryptocurrency and they will begin legalizing cryptocurrencies.

may be because of the fear that the government can control the cryptocurrency market, put restrictions that would affect users

Because only Government can force that they can ban Bitcoin that many poor people don't have way to be rich from their country. Government shows greedyness to people who need money

I can't escape to notice that many users here on forum have terrible rebbelious fear of governments. Like government is some evil devil that will destroy Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. But is this realy so, do such claims have any reasonable ground at all?

To my opinion the cause for something like that is again ignorance. I think that regulation that is mentioned in many countries is often mixed with centralization which is something that is not natural to Bitcoin because it's functioning totaly different than fiat currencies. Also some warnings to people that Bitcoin is volatile and risky investment that come from national banks are often interpretated as hostile behaviour towards Bitcoin and attempts to make people not to use it.

Is there any hope that Bitcoin users and governments will find the common language and help Bitcoin together to be more accepted in economy, especialy by businesses and to become more "legal" everywhere?

The thing we should remember that not all governments are against bitcoin. We have countries like Japan and South Korea that supports the potential of cryptocurrency in the market so it will take time but I know other countries will follow their lead. I think we should have a proper discussion with them to understand fully each other's say about this industry.

Unfortunately, we are very dependent on the government, and if all countries agree among themselves and ban bitcoin, we simply will not have a choice. So we have to fear the authorities.

this is a problem that bitcoin is encountering. government and banks still have not received bitcoin. many bitcoin users are anxious for fear that bitcoin will die because of the government and the bank. I hope this problem can be resolved quickly so bitcoin can be received by all governments and bitcoin can work with banks.

Bitcoin users have fear of government because some government do not accept bitcoin, but if you are just a newbie and having a fear it is normal because they are new in this industry. They do not know yet how to overcome their fear.
Because the government at a moment can just drive the value of bitcoins down by just banning the currency. That’s why there is so much fear concerning governments and their views towards bitcoins.

Many Bitcoin users have fear of government because government fears Bitcoin but not the blockchain technology  in order to improve operational efficiency the government embraces blockchain technology not bitcoin . Some governments are trying to bring their own cryptocurrency to make electronical  transaction easier . As now number of people are investing in Bitcoin since it is profitable for the people to make more money out of the Bitcoin and the government cannot trace the people who make more money to tax them due to the decentralized system.

The person has a very large amount of Bitcoin and they are afraid that they will be questioned. Or another reason may be that they are only afraid of the big taxes that will be placed by the government. Unfortunately whenever the price goes up it attracts certain types of people who are in a hurry with eyes closed.

For me, yes many bitcoin users have a fear of government sectors that will ban or prohibit bitcoin and another cryptocurrency. But in a short-term yes, they have the jurisdiction to prevent bitcoin and another cryptocurrency but they can’t kill bitcoin or bitcoin will not die because of them. Even bitcoin is ban to some country bitcoin is still alive but, the price of it will give a massive effect because the population and acceptance of bitcoin will decrease. I think you just need to embrace and understand this cryptocurrency war because it all starts when bitcoin is created to interrupt the banks and government in controlling our money and give as a high fee or charges in every transaction we make. Some people fear because goverment will put a tax on them big tax small earn. Corrupt people in goverment will taking advantage on it. They will use in thier own lives and they did'nt want to help thier people thats my opinion so some people fear on the goverment because you earn.Money and it will go to corrupt officials so what will happen? They will take an advantage for those people who has simple life is to focus on earning.

I think if the government legalizes it then that will be the key to its success. The future if BTC depends on government policy
The government holds the fate of Bitcoin in their hands. They can make policies that can destroy Bitcoin or make it better and prosperous, if the government forbids the use of BTC around the world, it will lose relevance and hence fade and die

This is because governments are very powerful, they can put legal barriers. As a result the current investors will also get affected.

bitcoin users fear the government because the government always wanted to remove bitcoin, the government always assumed that bitcoin is virtual currency. So if one day the government banned bitcoin or bitcoin, then the user would lose everything.

Government do not support the use of bitcoin because they have no control over it and it pays no taxes to them. They give some penalty to prevent the generals using it. As a result many users are at risk and have fear of getting caught.

It is maybe because those investors and users are afraid that their government will ban cryptocurrencies in the countries.

It is because the government has a power to ban and regulate or prohibit the used of bitcoin on their restriction. So many bitcoin users are scared and afraid of that maybe their bitcoins will get lost and their investment will vanished.
