Because they are tired of current cryptomarket's weakness which is too large and people lose money more and more. I don't believe in this pump, market is too weak and is not ready.
There was so much pump this year and as a result, people fell for the pumps. As time went by, people have become wiser and are more observant when a coin is pumping or growing organically, even though the bullrun will attract and bring in so many naive people again.
a lot of attention was for crypto in 2017, everyone thought in 2018 will be even more, but whales began to record profits
Im still believe they have big pumped happen to bitcoin again. Maybe not just today maybe tomorrow next coming few weeks. No one can tell when the specific date for that. But he importants now is to buy more bitcoin and altcoins that you think possible for big pump.
Most of the people that believe in pump and dump coins are usually after quick profit. They want a situation where a coin can dump, so that they can buy more and wait for the next pump.
a lot of people think that at the end of 2018 the cryptocurrency market is waiting for growth and I treat these people, I hope that the market should rise to $ 400 billion
Bitcoin isn't about pump or not. It's about a revolutionary way of financial transactions that are different and better than the traditional way. It is supposed to be a slow and organic growth not the bubble that was obtainable last year. and I'm actually glad it burst. Now let the real use of the Blockchain materialize.
We now have to wait for the dumb money to come in again. But I don't think we will see a big bullrun this year.

It is quite clear that many people were expecting exceptional news and institutional investment in the crypto arena, but it has not yet come to fruition.
Still believing in market recovery in 2018. Weak hands has already left the market and the strong holders stayed and good chances for the market to change the bearish trend into bullish end of the year.
Because BTC pumped like crazy at the end of 2017, it literally ballooned to three times its value in the space of just 6 months. At the end of 2017 there was no reason to suspect that the momentum would slow down, and so people expected it would continue at the same rate of growth for the foreseeable future. The end of 2018 isn't here yet, so we still can't say whether they were wrong, though it's not looking good right now.
The next Bitcoin pump for this year, as we had for Bitcoin at $20k seems impossible and illogical for people to believe. The year is already out of days. Apart from this, if there will be any pump whatsoever, there should have been signs and moves as soon as the second half of 2018 began. Nonetheless, some are still head strong about having a pump this year. Some are putting in emotions unnecessarily though, and some are just being optimistic because of what they know about bitcoin.
I actually think that crypto has shown only a small part of its real potential, just wait and you'll see 1 trillion + market cap and so on...
I think that pump is like winning the lottery but only here you can guess depending on news background, such as when the project is burned coins EMC2
The main reason for all this to happen was pure greed. When btc was at 1k people invested so that they could earn profit. The same thing happened when btc was at 2k and so on and this lead to a surge in prices of bitcoin. The similar was applicable to other coins. Very few people considered technical aspects before investing.
yes in my opinion it is true, eth can rise drastically at any time, because when compared to bitcoin, eth prices are now far behind, and that is what allows eth can still rise following bitcoin, usually the highest price will arrive at the end of the year
People are used to getting simple profit from green market without any solid reasons. Every news or update made this growth multiple. But today we see another situation on the market. No causeless growth. No simple money. No new investors. That's why I see 2 categories of such people. Those (1) who enter in the crypto at winter 2018 and (2) who want to continue this profitable trend

I think that we will see a normal recovery of the crypto currency market already closer to December of this year! The growth of the Crypto currency should begin with such a prolonged decline. In the end, the market will not always fall.

Because cryptocurrency has shown how it could reach the top value which is beyond the expectation of every investors and holders. What it did last year was unexpected so users and holders built a stronger trust for it which is exceptional. Crypto would still go so far.
i wouldnt bet we'd see another big pump this year. it will be determined in 2019 to unsettle the people who are hoping for a pump in 2018.
