I don,t think so that bitcoin will lose it,s popularity.Bitcoin has opened new boundaries for everyone around the globe as a new method of transferring money and with proper laws implemented by the nation. It can turn out to be the best gift of mandkind. People are just seeing it as a opportunity to make money but the day when people realize its practical valu, its price will go to the moon.
We must not forget that almost all coins currently available are copies in the broadest sense of the BTC.
The BTC is the reserve currency and I believe it will be the most important crypto currency for a long time to come.
That's why I'm currently not worried about the BTC

Bitcoin will simply be stored as digital gold. For everyday small needs, it does not work, but it gave a boost to the development of other coins and this is fine
The number of coins is small a little and for so much time many people have lost coins. Lost passwords, broke HDD .... So that the coins are getting smaller and it will always cost a lot

I think it will be difficult because for something that is already popular will be hard to forget, so I believe that Bitcoin popularity will survive forever. therefore I invest in Bitcoin because I believe the Bitcoin price will increase in the future (it happens because Bitcoin will be more popular).
people who knows bitcoin and cryptocurrency really is, they will be memorized that but not to lost the popularity of what they learn and read of what they researched . maybe the popularity will be increase because of the news and people talking about bitcoin.
I sincerely hope that this is not the end of the bitcoin and that is just a temporary phenomenon. We just need to believe)
Price of btc is around 8800$ and this is a good price considering the 7k mark which we had last couple of weeks before. Btc has a huge potential to rise and reach 20k mark again this year provided some government supports this and make it legal in their country.

Bitcoin has been through ups and downs and many regulations and banning in different country but it isn't over for bitcoin and altcoins to gain more popularity than it does in the past where mt. gox get bankrupt and hacked and make almost all of the bitcoin holder quit and lie low. I think it will not lose its popularity, as you can see people now, see bitcoin as a source of their income. It maybe low price by now but it has no reason to lose its popularity.

I think bitcoin will not lost it's popularity because as you can see many people are still invest in bitcoin and many investors now, many people are still believe in bitcoin if ever that the price will going down there is no chance to lost the popularity of bitcoin because what ever the price is going up and down the bitcoin popularity my not be lost for sure, i think they gonna be more and more.
Seeing plenty of news and fuds now in television, I doubt if its not popular, it gains more popularity de to this issues. It will be more of having more supporters since it will not lose its value despite of all this fuds.
I dont think that bitcoin really loss it popoularity but it is being over power by other tokens so its price going down now but eventually it will goes up again sooner and it will goes back to its originl price and meet it peak price, will see what happen this 2018 btw 2018 is not over yet.
in my opinion, we will analyze the bitcoin price chart back five years ago. You will see that at the beginning of each year, bitcoin prices rise slowly this is just a normal phenomenon and I can not see it bitcoin will lose its popularity.

Bitcoin price down in market is ussual because cryptomarket have high volatile. Many people right now investing their money on bitcoin and I am believe bitcoin will not loose popularity because bitcoin is pioneer in cryptoworld

There are people who claim that BTC Cash is the true Bitcoin. The miners are also not agree. Desahlb there are the many forks at BTC. The sharp fall in prices has certainly contributed to the popularity of the BTC. For me personally, the BTC is still the most important crypto currency

Bitcoin losing its popularity? The answer is a BIG NO. I don't think that will happen. Even altcoins numbers or tokens will evolved, Bitcoin will still be remembered and popular. Just like the late President and heroes of different countries. New comers in crypto world need to know where all started. But about the price of bitcoin drop it's not about the popularity it's the demand of people using it and investing it. I guess people trying to experiment on other thing for now and will just go back on bitcoin after that. Just wait a few months and bitcoin price will pump again.
