well i think is possible that crypto currency will replace the current fiat system but we don't know when. Alt coins are created for a specific purpose and it might be impossible for an altcoin to replace the whole fiat and All the coins mentioned has the potential to make hikes in prices but i don't think any of them can overtake Bitcoin. Actually the crypto community need Bitcoin to to continue growing to help these coins to also grow

I dont think if this will happened because using crypto as major currency to replace traditional money is very risky because crypto transactions always dependent on internet connections.

It would be impossible to replace fiat money to cryptocurrency. Maybe it will be added as other form of payment. Fiat money is accessible and very easy payment mode so that is y it will be difficult to replace it.

Can cryptocurrecy replace fiat money? My answer on this topic is, it is possible! But not all people will using it. It is possible to replace fiat money by cryptocurrecy, but not in our present time and it depends on the government of every country, because they can ligalize the uses of cryptocurrecy.

For me bitcoin will never replace fiat money. Bitcoin is useful today but it is hard to replace fiat money. We can still use bitcoin in some transaction and fiat money is very important in our own country.

no one can tell that to happen, cryptocurrency has a long way to go! severals countries banned cryptocurrency in their economy this simply means that the coin is not yet widely accepted. to replace it to fiat is for now un imposible dream.

It is too soon to tell as bitcoin is still in its infancy stage
and has yet to become mainstream and adopted by the
public.

I don't think it will replace fiat currency in at least 10 years
or more. We still have a lot to achieve and I believe this is
only the beginning of a revolution.
I think, it won' t be. Bitcoin will take the same function as fiat money to improve services to public. It will support each other.Btc can be used ad digital asset ir digital currency. That means btc can support fiat.money  but not to replace. It can be used as an alternative payment instrument besides fiat money.
Yes, i agree with that too. Because bitcoin cannot replace fiat money but instead a good help to it through digital. Bitcoin cannot replace fiat money because of its abnormal change of rate or should i say its volatility, and thats why the government against it, because it cannot be manipulated. Because government wants something that can be manipulated.

I would like to know if cryptocurrency will replace fiat money in the future,  also if so how long it will likely take.  Also,  I would like to know which coin you think would take over if one will.  (E.G. Dogecoin,  BTG, LTC, XMR)
it will never happen bro.
Even crypto cheap, fast and good enough but there will don't have any government use it instead of fiat. because they can't control it.

Despite the growing popularity of digital money, today, at transactions at any level, national money will be more in demand than the Crypto currency.

I doubt Bitcoin can replace fiat money, Bitcoin will not be possible to admit and give the regulation as currency by the world government,

"so what about the fate of fiat money"?

I am very sure fiat money will disappear but fiat money is converted to digital because the cryptocurrency is very different from digital currency and currently the digital currency platform like Paypal and Payoneer have started big.

Crypto will not be able to replace fiat , because crypto is a digital currency where the transaction is done through the internet network (online) and has no real physical form. Whereas fiat money is money whose nominal value is determined by law or government policy and has a physical form real. Thus I think that crypto will never replace fiat .

Cell phones have not replaced land lines and automatic engines have nott completely replaced the manual types. So also, the fiat will not be entirely replaced by the arrival of cryptocurrency. There are many people who will tell you they are not interested in dealing with people on crypto basis but fiat or cash. Whatever, it is going to bring a mix. Fiat is still going to be around for a while.

It would take several long years before cryptocurrency will finally take over our old fiat money. What is certain at this time is that it will take place. There is no stopping cryptocurrency to conquer the world. This is one of the greatest social evolution that will happen in our society. And we are kind of lucky to be part of this at an earlier time. Bitcoin is the one that would lead this change.

I agree with this bitcoin will takeover the fiat money but it will take a long time for that to happen. No one knows when it will happen but what's important as of the moment is that it will take place not now but soon

Many countries of the world gradually come to the fact that they refuse large paper denominations of paper denominations in order to combat the financing of terrorism. For example, Europe abandoned the bill of 500 euros, the Swedish government has long been thinking about the full transition to electronic payment systems. They are joined by the United States with the intention to abolish the circulation of hundred-dollar bills, of which ¾ turnover is outside of America.
