It can not happen because only good project ico can survive in the crypto world. So many scam and without project ico are coming in the crypto market and they are just offering to the investor but not growing the actual value of their investment.

I think that 95% of crypto coins and tokens won't survive and the reason is that a crypto coin in order to survive and get value it has to be accepted as a way of payment for purchase goods or services.
Very few coins will manage to do it at the end of the day and of course these coins will get enormous value.
The only thing you have to do is to find out which coins will enter the market of real currencies.

I'm not sure that all crypto will survive  because there are some coins available in the market that are not properly monitored by its project due to big losses of their investment.

In my opinion, it is absolutely impossible. In most cases, coins are discarded with the failure of the project. Disappearing in the market.

Nope. Many of them die in short run.Even everyday many of them dies in various ways .Many coin came out of icos and they don't have any place to listing or dev don't afford for listing or in easy work they scam people.Dome coin go to some exchange and some time later they don't have any volume .
So yeah it's hard for every crypto currency to survive.Cause this race is hard for them .There is many project which have almost same idea and not all of them gonna survive plus not all people know about this projects cause general people don't have that much interest in this project. It will take time and not all crypto gonna survive the whole time.So those who working with full interest and want to go for long run only those crypto will survive. And one day they will compet with words largest tech gaints. So those who survive they will grow big.the only 4-10% will survive the whole race.Thank you.

I was saying a while ago that maybe 1 out of 10 projects have a real product with a use case. But if you look closer it's actually far less. So I guess it might much less rather 20 out 1 projects that has real value and a chance to survive...quite a scary thought but probably the most realistic assessment. So I think you're 4-10 might be quite accurate.

No, it is like a traditional business: only above 1 percent of all companies survive for 5 years after its starting. I think crypto is the same.

What do you mean survive? It is cryptocurrency and most of alts will always have the value! I think that you can sold any dead coin for few satoshi anytime. For example BitConnect still traded.

I agree most coins by this year and next year will fail, because people either did not see any profit or value. I think this is quite normal for any market, projects are launched and only best one survive once market is mature.

One project that will definitely be successful is Poseidon Foundation and its token OCEAN.

There are way too many coins right now so its only logical that a large amount of them will end up dead within a few years.  Only the strongest coins will survive with the largest followings.

Correctly, many coins will never be recognized by society and will simply be forgotten forever. Do not forget that we are still at the very beginning of the development of digital money, and many other coins will be invented, except for those we know about now.

I do agree. Most coin going to die and only the real one will survive but i do think its good think cause the one with real project will be developed and the scam coin will begone, i believe next year so many coins will have no value and we might see a new coin that grow like ethereum did in 2017.

Yes, I agree with you. At least 90% of the coins will disappear in the future. Most coins have no real use value, and only a few with community support and adoption by the actual industry are likely to survive.

Take a look at yobit I think not 95%, but 99% of crypto coins and tokens are scam and won't survive. And actually this is possitive for crypto and bitcoin

There is so many altcoin that already become dead coin.
And there so many reason for that.
Like dev stop to develop it, no something new and useful case from the coin and low demand.and I think not every altcoin will survive at the end.

I don't think normal coins will survive many years maybe for just some time. Even sometimes I think really coins like BTC or ETH also will be there in the future or not. By day to day mining going hard and costly. I can't see any good innovation in the mining technology which leads it to the next level. So, If the mining problems not solved in the coming years then miners will mine coins like BTC if they even can't cover their expenses. Well, It's just what I am thinking. I am just hoping I will be wrong and BTC cross new milestone this year.  Smiley

Anyone who answers this with an exact name of a coin is just a fanboy of that coin or has investment in it. Cryptocurrency market is volatile.
The technology behind it is really making a difference. Is possible that at some point every crypto generate its advantage and survive on certain market.
For sure BCH will survive, because it’s Bitcoin’s loving son and it has fixed the problems Bitcoin can’t. All other alt coins will always follow Bitcoin’s lead for a while.

As what I've read there are three kinds of tokens. Payment tokens the primary ones. Asset tokens, traditional securities like stocks and bonds. And lastly utility tokens, it provide digital access to an app or services. I think not all crypto coin will survive. Bitcoin will surely do as well as ethereum. But there are so many tokens produced from ICOs. I think tokens with real developers or real vision and mission will survive.

Not all coins will survive, only certain coins that can survive, the more coins, the less value, I think the coin that will survive is the coin that has long been in cryptocurrency, like btc and eth, this is one that will last long time.

I don't think many coins will survive. From big amount of ICO there are only few that survive after the ICO If the bounty campaign is promising probably it will survive. Now a lot of empty projects. Always choose the best project to invest

Now the market has a very large number of crypto-currencies. My opinion is that about 25% of existing coins will remain. Only coins with advanced technology will remain. All other coins will not exist. The main thing in crypto-currencies is their manufacturability and relevance in the society. In my opinion, very promising coins in the sphere of finance (payments, cryptobanks).
