Too many ICos. ICos with scam project will not earn investment and die but legit and legal ICO will earn more investment. There are new ICOs everyday, people will be more selective to invest in them.
There are currently many ICOs being advertised on the bitcointalk forums. If not developed ico they will not attract money from investors.
ICO is getting more popular this days because of a lot of believers, thanks to bitcoin it has become popular first and now we can
see a real skills and talent of developers who are trying to implement their ideas into action.
But of course you also need to be careful, choose wisely as you might fall to scams, educating yourself is the first thing you have to consider.

Im thinking too that the ICO will change in future and that the day will come when someone starts to control the ICOs and exclude tha scam.
well, it's indeed a bit of a rough time but it I think that it won't die!
the reason? it's a much better democratic and open way to raise capital, we just need better regulation and more control over the players and companies that want to start an ICO

I think ICO will not die. Soon ICOs will be launched by such strong projects as Origin, NuSypher, Neonexchange, DAV network. Plentix, GoNetwork, Orchid, Mainframe. I think it is only start.
I don't think the ICOS are gonna die. ICOS can be reduced in 2018. Please do your research, please never believe false news

ICO will not die in 2018, not anytime soon if it will. Bounty hunters earned in ICO. If I COULD will die, there will be no free tokens. Human brain won't stop until it will be satisfied. People will still continue to make project and products to help the society on their daily lives. And it is us can benefit if it it will become successful.
I also don’t think of that ICO will die in year 2018, but ICO very difficult in funding Fund, and there are many fraud located in it, but most people tarred crazy crazy with ico, we can not choose ico good or can we prediction, just with luck that we can feel.
I don't think so because as long as a lot of investors willing to invest it will continue maybe they will make a new system or it will level up only but not exactly will die.It will help a lot also for the member here in the forum because this is an extra income for us by doing a signature campaign.

Do not think so, I think that crypto world will not develop without new perspective projects.
ICO won't die, because it is the best way for investment for all market members. May be governmet will controll it strictly, but ICOs alive and we can see a lot of good projects in the future

I don't think cryptos should be mixed with startups/kickstarters. Cryptos should be trustless, transparent and decentralized, ICOs are none of those things so using a blockchain platform doesn't really offer any benefits to them, in fact just giving a bad name to cryptos.
But a lot of crypto-newbies gamble with them thinking they know what they're doing and that crypto is all about pumping and dumping random "projects". These people ignore, or not even aware what crypto stands for and just giving a bad name to it. And they will eventually get burned and hate cryptos altogether. Profits aren't made from nothing, it comes from other people's losses.

I also think that the ICO will soon end as many projects simply collect money and do not fulfill their promises. Startups need help, but fraudsters use ICO to denigrate crypto-currencies and do not give any guarantees to investors.

I do not think ICO will die in 2018. Unfortunately, there are a lot of scammers among ICO companies, but nevertheless ICO is still interesting for investors. Perhaps in 2018, the ICO will regulate and scammers will become smaller.
