They do read the suggestions here's a quote from one of their old post. I guess they're not that vocal unlike the other admins but I don't see anything wrong with it though.

They will read here, they will even make changes according to stuff they read here, that is given and kudos to them for doing it like that. However, not responding is not really way to go about that. Just to give an example, lets say someone says "it would be great to have a XYZ game here" and they read this and see that people agree and they read that and decide that it is actually good idea to add that XYZ game and they move on and tell the developers to build that and in the end months later they have that game.

Now that sounds good right? What about them also saying here after someone asked "we have decided to make the XYZ game, it will be ready in some months" to let people know? Would that be too hard? Or too difficult for them? It would be very easy, and yet they would still not do that, that is the problem.
There is nothing we can do about them not caring or at least not answering here, by talking and writing here all we can achieve is getting them to read and further not care about it so there is no point. If they were a team that cared a bit and saw this maybe they would respond, however since the whole topic is the fact that they are now moving towards their own forum and not here, there is no point of criticizing the move here, maybe a better option would be giving the feedback on their own forum so they could potentially read there a lot better and care about it more, plus there would be a higher chance of getting a response there as well.

In the end as the casino is legit and does nothing wrong, the way they run their business is their own right and can't be really judged, they have done nothing wrong and never scammed anyone, wanting their own forum instead of this topic is not something we can intervene.

Windice would have faced lots of criticism had they replied here and then failed to deliver, but the very fact that they’re able to deliver says it all that they respect their members wishes and will go to any lengths to incorporate those wishes. Furthermore I have often seen those officials accounts that post here have limited knowledge about the site, and hence they refrain from answering any questions so I feel that it’s best for you’ll to watch their dedicated forum for new site updates.

I remember when they used to only have dice and others were suggesting crash then eventually it got added. Announcements are good but it's not always necessary since it builds up expectation and what if their developers ran in to some problems that'll cause some delays. At some point their players will check back if there's any changes or updates.

I thought that windice will just let the valentines day pass without having any challenge at all. But I'm wrong with that you have brought again another challenge to your dicers.

@livingfree you are right they have good and active support as in early days I was also involve in this dice game and have some problems but support response was very quick and positive this forum is used for only marekting purpose nothing else if someone have problem 24 hours online chat is also working for all issues.
Yes.

They are responsive and some other casinos do have their own forum too for their community to follow and monitor. That's why it's not actually a bad thing they have their own forum so that you can also complain there if you have a bad experience with them.

But the best and quickest way to approach them is through their live support.

The amount of people who are fine with them never responding here about anything is staggeringly scary, this is a topic that you yourself would get some sort of help and not hurting you so normally you should be supportive of it.

How could it ever hurt you that windice having a PR person or a community manager to come here and constantly talk with you and building a bridge between customers that are on bitcointalk and the windice team itself? It can't hurt you, it could only help you.

So, instead of trying to defend windice for lack of responses and help, the sheer example of them building their own forum to get further away from here, maybe you should instead support the person trying to help you, me, and everyone else?
windice can do this all as I check we have many other dice casino and sportsbook they all doing this very actively because believe its very important for marketing purpose we can hope from them they will surely do this in near future for better response and new ideas from this forum about their site.

And this is great because that's what you expect from a a casino with decent games and customer base. Also, these guys have been in the game for a while already so this level of support it's expected Smiley

If they will answer here and reply to the issues being raised by Windice users that will beat the purpose of having a support link within their site. Furthermore that will add burden to their support team as they will also monitor this thread for any issues or concern being raised. Imagine filtering the posts here on which one is a legitimate issue or someone just want to bring down Windice because they had a bad day. Unlike answering issues from their support link within the site, it makes it official and they are sure that they are dealing with someone who has an account with them and not just a troll. I just want to be clear, I am not part of Windice or related to them in any way.

They weren't really interested in bitcointalk to begin with anyway. I mean they have only came here time to time to let people know there is a competition going on and they also came here to notify who won and that was it. Just check their history of posts and you will realize that they don't really "chat" with people here, they don't listen to feedbacks or even if they end up listening to them they don't respond or even care about it. So, I guess having their own forum makes sense if it will help people get their voices heard which they couldn't otherwise do here. The perfect solution would have been hiring a community manager but I guess that is not an expense they would want or even care about doing in the first place. This could be at least best of a bad situation.
This again, the community manager suggestion was discussed before and they're not interested in hiring one. From what i've seen their moderators are the acting community managers.

I believe that it’s wrong to say that they’re not interested in Bitcointalk just because they don’t reply to each and every comment posted here, as I have often seen casinos offer much better support when you ask them on their site. Further having their own forum helps them increase their user base, and at the end of the day it’s their site and they have full rights to market it in the way they feel right so I’m failing to understand what are you’ll complaining about?.

You are right if they are going with promo then surely they need to go with platform which is used for all activities instead of creating new forum for this all is not good they need to give tribute then just launch a campaign on site and tell members its just going to this its never been good we must go to forum and then able to participate in this tribute.

I don't see the problem if they give tribute to the legend by having a challenge through their forum. That's the purpose of their forum and it's okay if they have it because it's their community just like they do for this forum and this thread.

And it's very simple, if you don't want to join, simply don't join.

Regrading my comments earlier they were not pointing at a problem with this just the fact that using their own medium for the challenge might put people off from entering the challenge if they haven't already got an account with them and this is why possibly at the time when I checked the entries were so low. Though, of note,  this observation was only circa 10h since launching.
It is okay, I understand that and honestly it's not you that I'm pointing my reply but it's okay because we do have opinions regarding challenges like this and not everyone will be agreeing with the conditions.

Anyway about the pointing out to their forum, it's part of their regulation so needless to say that it's part of the challenge and it's a requirement for only those who want to participate.
