I registered on the site and it's very nice, I also understood everything very well and how to move, I have a doubt, sometimes when I was in slots it slowed down several times, that took away my excitement a bit, I'm not one to play a lot of slots but I don't I know if it is due to an error on the site or perhaps due to my browser, on the other hand I have seen that they have had many problems with some users, the problem of withdrawals is not made automatically or they have to wait for someone to authorize them, because that usually causes annoyance.

Hello,

The issue has already been fixed , our admin tried to contact you but your tomato email does not seem to be valid; Guess you check your inbox Smiley

Thanks Again  Cool

It is impossible some one to steal this information; Mails, IP addresses and other private data are hashed and saved with all security standards;

Just gonna start off by saying that this is a blatant lie (Passwords might be hashed/encrypted, but E-mails, IP addresses and other basic information is not)...
I've told your support team & a moderator about the endpoints with information leaks, and they've all told me that they've let higher ups know. I see that one endpoint has been fixed, but that's just one out of multiple... I've messaged you on-site, and I need a reply within 1-2 hours or I'll be gone for 7 days again.

Bug hunting is very important part of our development process and if you have any relevant finds our development team will contact you privately and discuss the details;

Thanks in advance !

Apparently messaging support didn't make the admins/devs fix this, so I'll just throw it out there. Wintomato is leaking user information through their API; and despite being told exactly what part of the API does this, they've done nothing about it. The information leaked is honestly not the biggest deal in the world (2FA status, Email, IP, other shit), but it breaks shit such as GDPR etc.
All this shows is bad development, and that they have no sense of what is important.

Another classic example of how wintomato support team aren't even bothered about checking and responding to issues that come up in their main ANN thread in a timely manner.

They did respond to an issue in the scam accusations but didn't bother checking here, so I will quote them;

Hello Again,

I am Poliperhonet, the admin of wintomato.com;

We are sorry for the late reply, as we were engaged in amazing updates which will be released soon;

Before moving to the case, would like to point out that we are one of the rare exemptions among many casinos, which lets the users to withdraw winnings from faucet;

Regarding this case: This user made deposit 500 DOGE and requested the withdrawal of 6000 DOGEs and we approved his big withdrawal 6000 DOGE:

https://live.blockcypher.com/doge/tx/40201cda3d63f86da2cfaca4a7665ede7457ff9dc3e79bf9beb298c83b378b01/

After the withdrawal the user had remaining balance of 164 DOGE and he was banned, the reason for ban was lately identified tricks (bot farming activities) he used for gaining the funds, only after approval we identified that his 6000 DOGE withdrawal was also gained though the combination of bot farming activities;

So he is blaming us that we are scam casino when he could withdraw and get approval for 6000 DOGE and only later we identified bunch of BOT farmers (around 1000 players) among them this user was also identified;

His initial request was rejected as our fraud detection system paused the transaction and he could make withdrawal on the second attempt (TX link: https://live.blockcypher.com/doge/tx/40201cda3d63f86da2cfaca4a7665ede7457ff9dc3e79bf9beb298c83b378b01/ ) Does this give him right to call us Scam Site?

1. In most 99% cases  the withdrawal is automatic for the users who have solid reputation, and only in rare cases manual approval is required by the admin;
2. His amount has not been confiscated but his account been banned;
3. Mods and support do their best to reply all questions and comments, but when the user is suspected in bot farming activities there his account is reviewed by admin;

How can I help you? Did you face any issue on the website? Feel free we are here Smiley

A second call to wintomato to take a look at the scam accusation thread that WaitrounDent created and share your side of the story (if there is one). Being silent makes you look bad. If WaitrounDent is a faucet abuser or you have reasons to believe he has broken certain terms, tell the community what he did wrong and what rules he didn't respect. At the moment, you are the ones who scammed the mentioned user for a petty $20.

Well, You are too gentle as a DT-2 that's why you waiting for their reply. But, It's been 12 long days since the scam accusation was created. They were last active on February 07 and of course, they have seen the accusation that was already mentioned in this thread too. Seem's they don't care about their reputation in this forum. The Casino owner is my old friend but I don't care. I have supported the flag and left appropriate feedback on their profile. I know my opinion doesn't matter because I am not a DT member but will support the right side. Either you have to pay the $20 to that guy or at least give us a reason. But, You guys are silent. Very unprofessional from wintomato team.

it seemed that the wintomato team has not resolved the problem of the player up until now

Yes, the problem is still not resolved and nobody contacted me from wintomato crew in any way.

What I do not understand is why the second withdrawal is allowed and not the first? Maybe the guy is good at convincing and he successfully convinced the casino that his funds are legit and they allowed it. he then came back for the third time to repeat the same abuse but the casino are already tracking him and they confiscated his funds right after he hit that withdraw button.

What they did is right, they make the guy exert a lot of effort first but he did not know that his efforts are only going to get wasted. Not familiar to the term Pandora faucet farming but faucet abuse is popular in every casinos so I do not think every casino can make an explanation to prove that they are right.

The first funny thing is that actually, I didn't do any specific convincing job when contacting moderators on each occasion. Regarding the first WD request, I just told a mod that I have a rejected WD with some unclear comment from admin. Also, I told them that I didn't break their rules. That's all. They never asked for any proof from my side nor any other info regarding my account or me personally.

The second funny thing is that I literally didn't do anything that could even possibly look suspicious after my 6000 DOGE withdrawal has eventually been processed. I had around 250 DOGEs left on my balance, then I played a little and lost around 80 DOGEs, and so then I decided to withdraw what's left while it's still above the minimal WD threshold. Also, as you can see on screenshots, I even got a different comment this time compared to the initial rejection, which is pretty strange since nothing has changed in my account for those few days.

The third funny thing is you protecting scammers without fair reason. I just don't get it, what's your profit from attempts to protect these lying thieves.

The remaining balance on the account was not wagered further, according to the info provided in the scam accusation thread. So the casino should explain what the player did wrong. Staying quiet makes no sense. Destroying your reputation for $20 worth of DOGE makes even less sense.

I made some wager after successful withdrawal, that's when I got some red streaks which eventually pushed me to withdraw the rest of DOGEs. Still, it does not matter at all from a logical point of view.

For sure, any decent casino should be honest with its players and keep its reputation. I guess it would be not only good for karma (still I doubt they are believers), but also profitable in the long run since such just behavior could bring them more loyal players.

Well, What if I didn't claim the Faucet? Based on that guy, He made a deposit and he made it up to 6K+ to Doge.

In my case, I used a faucet on early-stage to test the casino, it was well before I made a deposit. So it can't be a legitimate reason to reject or confiscate withdrawal of my winnings, as they did. Twice.

Well, What if I didn't claim the Faucet? Based on that guy, He made a deposit and he made it up to 6K+ to Doge. According to Casino Rules, He can withdraw if his minimum balance reaches $20 Worth of Doge. At first, Casino claims that the guy used a bot and they suspected bot activity on his account. Because he made some significant profit from a small deposit. I remember I made 60K Doge from only 48 Dogecoin and I played over a week to reach 60K Doge. That was on another casino. Back to the point again, After that, He made 2nd attempt and The Casino released his withdrawal. So he had a few Doge left. After he received his first withdrawal, He decided to withdraw the rest of the Doge too. And They confiscated the amount. You may want to read the accusation again.

You shouldn't say that the casino is right without knowing the reasons they did what they did and explaining and/or showing proof that backs that up. The remaining balance on the account was not wagered further, according to the info provided in the scam accusation thread. So the casino should explain what the player did wrong. I can see that you were online just a few minutes ago. Can you address the claims made by the user above me who opened a scam accusation against your site? The link is in his post.
You rejected his first withdrawal claiming he abused the site, but then you approved the second withdrawal. If abuse and misuse happened, why would you allow a player who broke the rules to withdraw the coins? And finally, after the third withdrawal attempt, you confiscated hi balance because of faucet abuse.

If he did abuse the system, can you show proof that support those claims, and explain to the community what Pandora Faucet Farming is and what the user did?

after reading the scam accusation thread, it seemed that the wintomato team has not resolved the problem of the player up until now. so if they were online, and not clarifying this matter, what would the community think about this issue?
i believe they also read the allegations as the user involved said that he sent the link to the site. wintomato should do something about this issue, whether small or big one, they should clear things up. this is for the sake of their site's reputation.

Hi guys.  Been lurking for a while and have really enjoyed some of the experiences many have shared regarding topics such as reviews of different experiences and gambling stories and one's opinions on Wintomato, and much more. Feel free to fade, follow, or ignore my opinions. I mostly root for the underdogs which put me a little ahead of the curve from the start. I guess you can call me a bit of a contrarian.

I'm looking forward to the Arsenal FC vs West Ham United match myself. Arsenal has been great so far this season, but they are currently experiencing a captaincy issue. With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ruled out, Lacazette, Saka, and Martinelli will have to shoulder the goal-scoring burden in this match.

West Ham United, on the other hand, has struggled with consistency in recent weeks and will need to improve if they are to remain in the top four. I'll be rooting for them today. On paper, both clubs are evenly suited, and this week's game could even end in a tie. who knows ? what are your thoughts on the upcoming match?
