They should resolve the above accusation in prompt and fair manner.
Because if they won't give their side and just let it slide, it means, the player has reason why he accused them.
They gained good number of players but here in the forum, if there will be unresolved case,
I don't think they can gain players or gain their credibility as a gambling site.

Has this change been communictated properly on your social channels or even on your main menu? Suspicions can easily be deflected if these changes are not kept internal, most especially if it is something that affects people that bring more people into your site. Good thing that this was resolved, and that the complainant is okay with the resolution. Changes that affect players—no matter how subtle—should always be communicated, take note of that.

Yeah saw their campaign. But are we fine with this that we allow them to just attract more users? The site just recently have a problem and it took almost half a year before it was resolved. They don't have good communication with their users. Their CM should do its homework first before accepting the work. Good luck anyway.

Its Poliperhonet the admin of wintomato.com, I am really sorry to hear about this issue and most probably this was due to the poor communication, regarding affiliation rate change yes we had small bug in the system and after an update the exchange rates decreased for some players , however the rate will get back to old level as soon as you level up, but the affiliation level is still very good for the starting level 41%, we give compensations for VIP referrers; And also have in mind that the affiliation level goes up to 75% based on referral performance;

The previous communication was really bad. But thanks to the forum and Poliperhonet for resolving my problem.

The issue got escalated due to misunderstanding; I am sure soon the issue will be fixed fairly;
 
So as you may have mentioned we still have very competitive affiliation rate in this case  there was small decline but 41% is still very good aff. rate for junior affiliate partners ;

Please have in mind that our affiliate rate can go up to 75% and we soon will introduce another partners platform which will give the potential partners extra opportunities;

So finally you have bought this issue on the table and infact it s good that you discuss this matter here publicly. If you are wrong and have multiple accounts, the site admins will come up with proof and show that you were wrong and rightly deserve this. If on the other hand, they do not speak about his post, ignore this post or do not give any valid reason in their favor, then it will be alert for all of us to be careful playing at wintomato and try to withdraw everything from this site which can scam anyone. Let's wait for the admin reply before coming to any conclusion.

This is interesting after they previously had an accusation wintomato.com - SCAM (confiscated withdrawal, awful support) they're away for 2 months while they're already noticed this accusation before (his account is active) and they didn't have any rules about faucet abuse, but blaming the user for abusing their faucet. Since the victim isn't active anymore, I can't continue the case.

Now new problem comes up again, they need to provide enough proof to prove you're using multi accounts. I will keep watching this thread and see their respond and I hope you're keep active on daily basis if possible.

It is impossible some one to steal this information; Mails, IP addresses and other private data are hashed and saved with all security standards;

Just gonna start off by saying that this is a blatant lie (Passwords might be hashed/encrypted, but E-mails, IP addresses and other basic information is not)...
I've told your support team & a moderator about the endpoints with information leaks, and they've all told me that they've let higher ups know. I see that one endpoint has been fixed, but that's just one out of multiple... I've messaged you on-site, and I need a reply within 1-2 hours or I'll be gone for 7 days again.

Apparently messaging support didn't make the admins/devs fix this, so I'll just throw it out there. Wintomato is leaking user information through their API; and despite being told exactly what part of the API does this, they've done nothing about it. The information leaked is honestly not the biggest deal in the world (2FA status, Email, IP, other shit), but it breaks shit such as GDPR etc.
All this shows is bad development, and that they have no sense of what is important.
