Okay so you're saying that this one email is proof that you "warned me multiple times"?
This email is what I was referring to when I said this in the OP:
In hindsight, there was one alarming thing that happened to me back in September, when I was betting on an MLB game and won a bet with odds of 8 and they decided to randomly take away 9K USD worth of winnings because "the odd was too high" even though their sports betting provider settled the bet as normally won and all other books had completely comparable odds. But after a few days of discussion they decided to give me back this 9K they took away so I assumed they were reasonable people after all.
But now, 2 months later, this happened.....I hope Wintomato can still come to their senses and realize that this is completely bullshit and unethical.
Let me explain some more: In mid-September I took a bet at odds 8 on an MLB game with 0:1 handicap when the score was tied 10:10 during the 8th inning. The bet was on the home team. If you know anything about MLB rules, then you know that if the home team scores in the 9th inning or later it will only count for only 1 point, apart from when it is a home run with already men at base. So, this bet was a very high risk bet because to win with 2 or more runs difference it would have to happen in this 8th inning only or with a home run with men at base in a later inning. And that is why the odds were so high. I placed multiple bets like this in the months before and it almost never won (about 9 out of 10 times it loses, about 1 out of 10 times it wins), but this time it finally did as the team indeed scored 2 runs in the 8th inning and won 12:10. And then a few hours later, after the bet was normally settled by their odds provider as won, they acted upon themselves and decided to manually deduct 9025 USDT from my acount due to "an abnormally high odd". This means they paid the bet out as if odds should have been 2.50. I then showed them several screenshots of other games where odds were always around 8,00 on the home team when the score was tied during the 8th inning (still have those screenshots and can show them) and they finally decided to give me back this 9025 USDT so I assumed they were reasonable people afterall. Apart from this one issue I never had ANY problem with bet settlement during the around 2000 bets I placed with Wintomato. So I assumed this was a one-off and if I continued my betting style as normal I would not have any problems in the future either.
And now they are using this example to show that they "warned me multiple times"? This was the only email they ever sent me about this topic and they only said arbitrage gaming is not allowed, well I never did arbitrage gaming anyway. About value betting they did not mention anything, even though I also did not do value betting. I have used the same betting style for 11 months and lost more than I won in total over this period. How can it be judged as arbitrage or value betting over such a large sample of over 2000 bets then?
And what was abnormal about the odds in my recent NBA bets I took? All other sportsbooks using the same betting provider Betby had the exact same odds on those games as you did and they did not void any of those bets. And as user "rokuen" pointed out on the previous page of this topic, the odds on those NBA bets were completely normal market prices, there were even higher odds available at other bookmakers such as Bet365. We can go through all historical odds for all those NBA games and we will see that those odds were all completely normal.
I ask one more time because you keep on dodging my question: how can it be that over a period of 11 months and a sample of around 2000 bets I am overall in minus and you still accuse me of arbitrage or value betting? How can it statistically be possible to not have a huge win over this period then?
