Its what I myself do most of the time, and some times, it does work, and some other times, it doesn't, but what I have always considered to be the most important is that thing is to never gamble excessively, that is to always gamble with funds one can afford to lose, so that if by the reason of bad luck, one ends up losing all his or her funds, he or she will still be ok and not regret the loss much.
Anyways, for me, its been a while i played on this casino last, I currently do not have any plans of playing here for now, but I will just have to wish you good luck on your next trail.
Taking a break is the most effective approach to avoiding this scenario in most cases and just as Fivestar mentioned, that mechanism works sometimes even though not all the time but it does help a whole lot.
