For most casinos, if not all actually, it is actually a mandatory process to go through kyc verification if and when requesting a withdrawal of an amount of money that is considered large.
But then again, the term "large" differs for different people, there are some with a lot of money that only consider $1m+ as large amount, while there are other (like me) with not so much money that considers even a $5k+ withdrawal or even lower as a large amount of money.
In the end, it's in the casinos discretion to decide what amount they consider larger and what amount is not, and for the withdrawals that enters into their large amount category, they ask users to go through kyc verification, if the user have not before requesting the withdrawal.
But the point of my question is not that, but will large withdrawals be required by KYC ? which means that $1000 is an amount that exceeds the standard nominal.
Because in gambling the rich and the common people are more common people and that means $500 to $1000 is a big amount.
For $1M+ that's a huge amount, not just huge.
Large withdrawals on every casino will such require the user to pass KYC verification, if the user hasn't previously done it.
And worthy of note is the fact this supposed large amount differs for every casino, it is actually in the casinos discretion to decide what amount of withdrawal that will trigger a KYC verification request for the user requesting the withdrawal.
Some casinos might set their withdrawal algorithm system to consider withdrawals from $1000 and up, as a large withdrawal amount, whole some other casinos can set their withdrawal algorithm system to consider withdrawals from $10,000 and up, as a large withdrawal.
