Just want to mention an issue I experience while depositing BTCon your site but not sure if depends on you or on the wallet I use : whenever I try to deposit using Jaxx.io wallet it doesn't recognize yours as a valid segwit address despite the fact deposit address you provide me starts with 3.
Have deposited in Winz.io using that address but never that i encountered this same issues, I tried using several ways and yes in credited without any problem.
Yeah, segwit compatible address (start with 3...) doesn't have any problem to receive from legacy or native segwit, usually the wallet or exchange doesn't support to send to native segwit address (start with bc1...).
But after looking from the changelog
https://jaxx.io/changeLogIt does mention the wallet already support to send and receive from segwit address, so it's really a weird case.
Thanks for chiming in : yes it's quite weird case, winz.io support was ready to get in touch with me as soon as I wrote here and they verified everything on their side is correct.
I also had already checked with help bot integrated in jaxx wallet and they exactly confirmed what you wrote in quoted message : in the latest version of Jaxx Liberty (version 3.0) they added support for sending to BECH32 (Native Segwit) Bitcoin addresses, that start with "bc1" and that sending BTC from Jaxx Liberty to addresses that start with "3" (Segwit) was already supported in previous version as well.
My problem now is I should get in touch with them using their support form that has email address as a required field and am not willing to associate my email address to my wallet in their database.
They have a channel on Reddit and will try my luck there and if no help will come most likely I will try another wallet for my ios device.
