Winz.io is a full trash casino, not fresh. They don't ask for KYC, actually they force the user to complete the KYC verification. And they do it without any reason. Winz.io blocked my withdrawal and locked 2.9 LTC on my account as I didn't follow their nonsense KYC rules. I didn't abuse their bonuses. 2.9 LTC isn't a big amount there. Not to mention, I have made few thousand dollars withdrawal from some other casino several times. They never requested for the KYC documents from me. It would be no brainer that they would really be setting wager requirements considering that huge number of free spins

Yes, we have to at some point.

2. What can trigger KYC?

- We utilize risk based approach to determine necessity of KYC, some cases are listed below.
- Multi accounting with bonus abuse.
- Systemic bonus hunting, where account is used purely to gain advantage of bonus.
- Suspicion that the casino could be used as a mixer.

3. What makes my KYC tougher?
