There are three different complaint types that appear in this thread. Let us give a detailed explanation regarding each type:
1. Player was requested to provide KYC documents on the cashoutKYC verification is a standard procedure when dealing with a licensed casino. It is clearly stated in the T&C that such verification might be initiated. If you are not ready to provide the KYC information, then it is better to find a casino with a “no KYC policy” and Winz.io is not the case.
There are multiple reasons why KYC verification might be requested and you can find a detailed explanation
in one of our previous posts.
2. Player was restricted from the bonusesWe constantly monitor the behavior of Winz.io players that are taking our free-of-wagering bonuses. Our bonuses are easy to abuse and if we see that the players are using the bonuses to farm funds without any intention to play at Winz.io casino, then these players might be requested to provide the KYC and after that, the access to all future bonuses might also be locked.
We never confiscate any funds and do not restrict withdrawals for such players, if this is a single case and there are no multiple fraudulent accounts involved. The bonus is a privilege, not an obligation and we reserve the right to decide whether to offer any bonuses to any specific player or not. This issue affects 2% of players and does not affect 98% of players.
3. Player was banned and his money was confiscatedThe only possibility of this case happening is when one or group of people are trying to create multiple accounts with a goal to receive no wagering bonuses and cash them out. There is no tolerance for this type of action from our side, and these accounts will always be caught and locked.
The no-wagering bonuses that we offer attract many people with the only intention to claim the bonus and withdraw it as soon as possible. This behavior leaves us no other choice than to monitor the patterns and make appropriate decisions.
One of the latest cases involved a bonus abusing ring using fake documents.
If you feel that your case was treated improperly, then there is always an option to submit a complaint to the licensing authority and resolve your case in the legal space.
Right now we see that many players are trying to make pressure by leaving the complaints in this thread, but no one is actually using legal mechanics to solve their issues. Why? Because they know that our actions are legit and there are zero chances to get a positive outcome by complaining to authorities. We do not succumb to blackmail and will continue to offer our fair and transparent services to honest players.
