You should spend on your initial trading an amount of money you can afford to loose. In that case your mistakes won't cost you high

there is no definite nominal how much of your capital. I think this is part of the plan and the way you manage money to make a profit. so you can achieve everything you want, there are many ways and knowledge in it. most importantly, you should study and seek a lot of knowledge about crypto, trade and investment.

I think I will set aside amount which will not hurt me more when it lose in the trading. Winning here is not guaranteed just like any investment ventures. There is amount of risk to accept.

How much do i need to start trading altcoins. I would like to know what would be the ideal number.

Thanks!

As far as I know, there is no ideal number. You can start trading alternate cryptocurrencies at any amount of fiat currency. Just keep in your mind that every investment is risky. Low investment is equal to low risk while high investment is equal to high risk. Know first your situation before getting involved with alternate cryptocurrencies.

LoL I start with $200.
No matter how much you start, the important thing is who you start with and which way you choose Smiley
Have good time trading!

How much do you have extra money? That would be your ideal amount. Your profit will depend on how much you invest but it would not be a good idea to use the money intended for other things or worst borrow from others. Altcoins are risky, the worst thing to happen is to lose all what you invested, and it would be painful for you to pay where you borrowed your investment but did not have any profit from it.

Start with the quantity you can afford dude. Dont let others discourage you from investing, even if only a small amount. Just research and avoid as much fees as you can, because they can eat a lot into your investment if you don't start with much.
The amount you put should be the amount you can afford to lose, the problem with some investors is they think of a high profit that
they can achieve instantly which would already make them unrealistic. We have to take it slowly and on a step by step process because it's better
to be consistent so you can continue to grow your portfolio here in crypto world.

There is no minimum or maximum, but you have to be sure you are still alive if you lose your money. So make sure to not invest all your hard earned money into altcoins.

So let's say if you earn $1000 in a month and you have $200 at the end of month, you can start into trading with half of it Wink

You must invest an amount that you afford to lose. Altcoins price are more volatile than bitcoin. Its ideal to start at a low amount then try to buy and sell it to increase your holdings. It's actually hard to start trading, as a newbie its really hard for me to anticipate the price of the coins. But through time and research, I was able to increase my chances of having a profit, and select coins that would be a good investment for the future.

In fact, it does not really matter how much you invest to start. The important thing is that you start as early as possible. Here it does not matter how big or small you invest in capital, to which you want to involve yourself, there are still incomes. From there you can start and make your way to the top. Just remember to be more patient.

Actually you dont need much, find some solid projects which have just hit exchange/exchanges and buy in . Depending on project, it is fair to wait x5 or more in few months or more.

When you start investing, it depends on you on how much you start. How long have you known how to manage your money while trading the altcoin. There is no exact amount that you can start with investing, which, in your opinion, you will definitely get a profit.

As a newbie in the cryptocurrency world I would advise you to start low, as u are still new and without much experience. Don't invest an amount you are not willing to lose.

Different amounts for everyone, if you can invest $ 500, then this is the amount you are going to use to start your trading career, but if you can use more money and you are confident in your abilities, then use more money, this will help you in term perspective.

I think a sufficient amount is 1000 dollars. If you start with a larger amount, it's only better. But there are people who start and with $ 50 and slowly add more.

There is no sense in first sums of money that you’ll invest if you are not going to earn from the very beginning. If you just want to study the cryptocurrency field than some dozens dollars would be enough.
