Invest as much as you are not afraid of losing because the crypto market is a high risk and high profit.
There is no amount of how much you need to invest atleast you can manage it well to make it profitable and have more income.Any amount you can afford to loose to start in investments.Before make an investment make sure study it very well and have some knowledge about it for not to loose your profit.Knowing some advantages and experience makes us to develope ourself in trading.
Everybody have a different risk tolerance. If you are someone, who would have sleepless nights because of some loss, than not too much

There is no ideal number. You have to start from the sum that will not hurt your budget in case of loose. This sum is different for everyone. Also you can buy Ethereum or Bitcoin for all allocated money for crypto wait for the growth and than sell all of them. it is pretty a good sheme.
