Im not sure datacentres will be happy when you announce 19" racks that are watercooled. I guess they will fear a leak and damage to the hardware of their colocation racks. But i might be wrong.

Given that you are paying 100 eur per board another 10/20 per board does not seem that much
Especially if you consider that you might get another discuont for the BARE Pcb that you need anyway if you want to overclock...

I like this concept, I'm just waiting for the source release so I can start making numbers for my project..

The internal construction of the water blocks is in development, but i think there will be multiple cooling circuits.
Here`s also a quick case construction (still a little bit out of square^^):

great idea to minimize cooling block material cost, maybe you can make the blocks longer to put 2 or 3 burnin boards to each others block side.
