Buying Gridseed miners
Maybe buy when it was way up and not selling since. But the buying was the worst decision I have.
Apart from the same "worst decision" everyone's made (not getting in early enough), I'd say probably the other worst decision was investing in bitcoin companies. In the long term, no investment led to anything but significant losses.
i lost all my bitcoins on a dice site,i just started to play with low amount , i won alot of times than i said ,lets gamble all...an i lost,idiot me! 
I would have bought tons of bitcoins when they were valued less than 1$.
I did not took any bad Bitcoin decision so far

Not getting more into bitcoin despite my interest at the time when I stumbled across it multiple times in 2011, 2012 and late 2013.
You are still early. We are all still early.
It takes a while to jump into Bitcoin for most of us so the people just hearing about it now will probably wait a year or two then finally buy in 2016 and regret not buying any sooner then. Do you really think I'm still in time to be an early adopter of bitcoins?
The price is falling since months...
would you feel better to buy after it has risen for months ?

Probably this is the most common error of people who come later in bitcoins, being an early adopter is a great advantage.
