My worst decision was selling all my bitcoins holdings at 430$ some weeks ago...

Just buy back now.  The price is still under $500 and we have plenty of room for growth.  Most of us have sold at times we have regretted, or not bought when the price was better, but the one thing I have learned is that the worst possible scenario is having no position in Bitcoin when the price rallies.

Not getting more into bitcoin despite my interest at the time when I stumbled across it multiple times in 2011, 2012 and late 2013.

My only regret is not spending my life savings on Bitcoin back when I first learned about it, when it was going for $15 a piece.

Oh well.

Reading posts like this really makes me sad. Its just like hearing someone say that I wish I took that kiss from her when I had a chance.

Listening to my wife (rarely happens Tongue ) and not spending my 2500$ tax rebate when they were 4$ each..... and I quote " If you spend one more dime on crazy internet schemes I'm leaving" /facepalm could have been a win/win j/k

Thats why you shouldn't let you wife know everything Tongue, Especially investment.

I had just about enough knowledge of networking a computers to understand Bitcoin when it was launched.

Too bad I never came to know about it to mine it.

That's a tough one. Probably selling more coins than I would like to admit in the $10 range. Tongue
A lot of people did this. I have spoken to a lot of people who have been involved in bitcoin for several years and this is a very common theme.

After having cashed out all my bitcoins at 1K last November I refused to short bitcoin as I thought it was ''too risky'' (intimidated by the 10X increase in a month). Could have made a lot more shorting that epic China crash. Oh well.

This is not really a bad decision, more like not doing a good decision Wink

There would have been high risk in doing that, and you've done well in staying away if you were not confident enough.
Sure, it seems like it would have been easy in retrospective, but it could very well have crashed back to 200$ and stayed there for a long time.
If he had done this then he would have profited handsomely. Shorting the market is something that prevents the market from getting overheated and rising further then it really should. It keeps bubbles from getting to inflated and the subsequent pop of the bubble from being too severe.

Until now there is no worst bitcoin decision that i've ever made, because i'm still collecting bitcoin and trying to mining bitcoin, hopefully if i've collected bitcoin with mining, i am never made worst decision ...
Just wait till you get tempted by cloud mining.
