This one is tough, I don't think I could watch everyone I care about die around me. Though it would be cool to just keep learning and improving yourself the longer you live.

Scientists have made a discovery that could lead to a revolutionary drug that actually reverses ageing.

The drug could help damaged DNA to miraculously repair and even protect Nasa astronauts on Mars by protecting them from solar radiation.

A team of researchers developed the drug after discovering a key signalling process in DNA repair and cell aging.

During trials on mice, the team found that the drug directly repaired DNA damage caused by radiation exposure or old age.

'The cells of the old mice were indistinguishable from the young mice after just one week of treatment,' said lead author Professor David Sinclair.

Human trials of the pill will begin within six months.

This ability or wish will never happen. I do not want the feeling of being left behind. I hate it when I watch someone is leaving. I cannot take it. My heart is weak and too emotional.

Life must have a logical end so that every person appreciates it, and does not live in vain. Eternity can not give that value of life which we can now feel. Eternal life does not make sense.

It all depends on your quality of life.  Living forever and being miserable, no.  If you were however in decent well being then it would make sense because you could liking solve any problem given enough time.

Everyone will live forever even those who died, but there’s just two places to choose, HEAVEN OR HELL.

and what is the meaning of eternal life
Actually according to spiritual view point, you must die to gain eternal life, because its believed by most religions that this world will be destroyed, but the righteous will gain eternal life and live in another world or realm. so depends on ur believe

Cool

I used to think it would be cool, but I am not so sure anymore - forever is a long time. I certainly thing significantly extenting our current expectations is a good thing, but ask me again when I am older...

Nope, definitely not.Living forever means that I will have to witness the death of my grandparents, parents, currently non-existent sons and daughters, or even my descendants. This will be an excruciating mental torture to every human being who possess emotions.

maybe the genes to live forever will pass down and you can keep them with you forever. long term that would give u a huge f*king family lol
ps. yea i want to live forever if i can stay young.
