If I were to buy one of these could I redeem it in the UK or would I have to have an American friend do it for me?
You would need to appear to be American when redeeming it, but after that you can fully use it in the UK. Here is one way a customer redeemed his subscription from outside the US:1. Goto Tunlr.net and follow the instructions for the usa dns
2. Create a new netflix account by going to netflix.com/giftcode AFTER you have setup the dns
3. Once you have created the account you can skip the dns and it should work on your country/any countries Netflix

I was not implying he would do that.I was just stating that even though I kept getting 522 errors the TX showed up in my wallet.So hopefully it wont get caught up in the bitpay limbo.I have had some TXs in purgatory before with OKpay and Bitpay and was just hopin it would go smooth.I just received the Invoice from Bitpay about 90 minutes ago so I am confident all will be fine.
I just sent out a few codes, let me know if you weren't one of them. It could always be some kind of problem of bitpay's side, but their support would be able to work it out.

well looks like the tx went through so we will see.
I kinda doubt lucaspm98 would run away with a single purchase of $25!
You could email using the contact link, or just give it a day for him to come online. Or you may have your code by the time I post this, who knows.
