I'm getting an html error page from Incapsula returned on bitstamp private api calls.
At first it was sporadic, now it's every time. Getting it on multiple ip's and multiple bitstamp accounts.

The incapsula tech said it had to do with a security rule implemented by bitstamp.

Anyone else getting this?

Yes, I am getting it as well.

Still getting this regularly from bitstamp. I've opened a ticket which has been "forwarded to their system administrator" but haven't heard back yet. It's been days getting this error. Anyone home bitstamp?

I'm trying the workaround mentioned here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitstamp-api-failing-by-returning-incapsula-captcha-workaround-351714
Been running with the captcha cookies since last night, seems to be working so far but I can't be sure yet. The bug didn't recur predictably.

API calls are returning a captcha page. Regular visits to the site do so as well, but unlike me, my bot is unable to solve the captcha on its own.

What is the maximum amount I can withdraw in fiat when I am verified on Bitstamp? Can't see it anywhere.. Thanks.

It depends on your bank, not on Bitstamp. They are more than happy if you do work through them. On the other hand your bank might not be impressed if it receives a 100k transfer.

OK thank you for the reply. I guess its best I contact my bank and make them aware beforehand.

anyone had to do KYC thing more then once? It's really frustrating to use them, I had to do this crap twice now, KYC and questions they now ask really should not concern them. Pure bullshit from a company that is a bit shady when they left from their own company to avoid paying more tax.

the same question here, first time, tried to login and after some tries looked on bitcointalk and found this issue, waitinf for fix , hope it will be soon  Wink

Fix was deployed and we are now back to normal operations. https://www.bitstamp.net/article/update-regarding-openssl-vulnerability/

You mention resetting API keys but have you regenerated your SSL certs as well as applying the patch?

Yes.

Login works again for me, since earlier this morning. Not for everyone, though?

Neptune, Scalable Privacy
Still vulnerable.

We are investigating this issue and have temporarily disabled login for existing users, the registration of new accounts and virtual currency withdrawals. These measures are "just in case" temporary measures while we wait for our DDoS mitigation service provider to fix this issue. Our backend was already patched.
When would you estimate that you will open for login again? Smiley

Seems that choosing Redhat was always a good choice for big companies:

Thanks for the update Hazek, keep us informed when Cloudfare get back to you and services are resumed.

We are not with Cloudflare, our DDoS mitigation is provided by Incapsula.

Noted, thanks.
