This already happend. They did not reply even after 72 hours. Ive used XAPO for now longer then 1 year and suddenly my Balance is looked.

I dont like my wallet to be deactivated so need to be careful if it's will happen,my suggestion for you sir don't put all your bitcoin in one wallet, there is some online wallet deactivated by moderator
Without even warning so be prepared if it will happen . I do not trust any kind of online wallet coz there is a posibility that it will take your worked bitcoin so use desktop wallet to be sure.

To make a long story short the problem is you only need 1 wallet, Multibit HD or Electrum run in a clean PC (you have to be sure its clean and take neccessary steps to keep it that way) as the private keys, the seed will never leave your PC. While I have said many times, keep your bitcoins in a third party website which offers wallet for bitcoin is not the wisest thing to do but warning in this forum is not taken seriously apparently, still I don't get tired of warning against ponzi scams and web online wallets.

It's ridiculous - they are not big, obviously they can't establish proper support for years. I know a girl from XAPO support - she's doing her job fine, but for a serious approach you need >1 girl in support team. They even stop supporting official BCT thread.

Or you can say that the whole cryptoland is small, amateurish, timid and shady, it can't get big because of Big brother - then I'll agree with you.

So this happen when you decide to use the XAPO debit card. If you already verified yourself what info do they need more then they already have from you. I am still curious if this will happen for all of us need to be sure that I can count on the XAPO debitcard without getting problems.

As of now I can still Access my Xapo wallet and Transfer funds or pay with them.

Somehow I still can't fully understand what the actual Problem was. It's seems to be related accessing capo via proxies. So its more a security measure to lock the account?

At the Moment i have less then 10$ there. No Need to Transfer I guess.

Also something I wanna know this summer I want to use the xapo debitcard that I have unused in my pocket. But so far didn't need to use it so what happens when I start using it this summer. I really hope that I don't get blocked at the moment when I try to use it. Maybe good idea that there is some clear and good info for all XAPO users so they don't get disappointed.

All you need to do now is contact their support send raining tickets so they can actually seen your problem and thats the reason why i dont really trust any web wallet for storing my. BTC because anytime they can close out our account if they find something malicious transaction happened and try to use blockchain its more safer than any wallet existing in web wallet industry.

Just FYI to all the people that think that I am not legit: this user sent me a PM and with that push, I was able to get back to check the documents, get back to her support ticket, and reactivate the account!

ive been using a offline wallet a long time. Now iam active again on bitcoin qt because Xapo blocked my funds

In any Case guys! Ive read now that several people dont have the Problems, but several got the Problems - From one Day to another Your Account got locked.

In this Case u Can see this Thread as a Warning!!!.

Ive had using Xapo since the beginning and never expected something like this. It also went every time well and i find it great to pay no tx fee from the Wallet.
So and Today.. Ive lost my completly Balance?.. Thats how it looks.. and how it works for Xapo. They will simply lock time by time several Accounts, so that it will never come to a big crowd but ever be profitable Wink

So be aware Guys, dont loose your Money to.
