XC is on fire Today  Grin Grin Grin People are not realizing that XC already delivered a base for what ethereum wants to develop..

In the Next future XC will contend ethereum the web 3.0 crown launch and then Bitcoin replacement as 1st Crypto on the Market.

This coin is the Bargain of the 21st Century right now.

Indeed.

It'll be very interesting to watch people start to figure out the differences between XC and Ethereum.

Here's a first stab though:

- Ethereum is not privacy-centric.

- XC is not Turing-complete (we have a different way of doing Blockchain 2.0... stay tuned).

XC is not vapor..... As it currently stands Ethereum is...

Next 6 months will make enter XC in the Hisotry of Crypto and Human kind  Shocked Grin Cool

maybe it's a noob question because newer=mostly better, but anyways:

if i want to only stake my XCs, I can still use this wallet: v0.9.2.47h_RC3.XCurrency-2.47
if i want to participate in trustless mixing/being an xmixer, i need to use this wallet: http://downloads.xc-official.com/testing/XCurrency_2.49_RC3.exe

is that correct?
thank you!!

I'd recommend downloading the latest wallet, its fully functional and you can stake with it along with running an Xmixer.

With that said, yes you can continue using your current wallet Smiley

earlier teka said that rev3 will be realeased in autumn. autumn will finish in 2 months, so will we see final rev3 till the end of november?

Sorry, we don't have an ETA for Rev 3.

We haven't made any commitments to release Rev 3 in Autumn. If Teka said that, the tone would've been suggestive rather than declaratory.

Updated to RC3, both RC1 and RC2 users need to upgrade

http://downloads.xc-official.com/testing/XCurrency_2.49_RC3.exe

Can someone clarify the name or the numbers please ?

What is RC, What is RV  ?

We are still on RV 2.0 right ?

We are on our way to RV 2.5 ?

What we just released is Final RV 2.0 ?

Sorry, it has been confusing me a lot. Maybe noobs are confused as well.

BTW
What is the ballpark ETA for RV 2.5 ?

Thank you

"RC" means "release candidate"

"Rev" means "revision"

We just released the final component of Rev 2, and now we're on our way to Rev 2.5.

There's no specific ETA for Rev 2.5, but it's in our interest to get there ASAP.

Thank you very much

Thank you for your answers I still do not get the Exapt part as I do not understand what exapt means if you could clarify more on this it would be really appreciated Smiley

Apologies, I had no need to use that fancy word.

"Exapt" means to "adapt" for a purpose extrinsic to the function of the device. But "adapting" mobile phones, routers, etc. would've been a perfectly suitable expression.

well we could go on and on here Smiley next question would be how but we better stop it here I suppose Smiley
