Here fracDiff is the fractional part of the difficulty, i.e. fracDiff = diff - floor(diff).

If I had to wager I guess I would probably put my money on the fact that this coin has no cap. Yes, difficulty keeps going up, and yes rewards may get smaller. Guys, I have an associate that is running hp11 and he has described something odd. He remembers having two wallets, then one and now none when he moves to the addresses tab. He has three transaction records confirming his mining so where did they go?
