These two coins, namely ethereum and ripple, of course have their own advantages, each of them also has its supporters, but for me personally I am more inclined to ethereum, this coin will develop better in the future
I don't know why some people are so blind about this ripple of a thing because it surge in some days then and many are saying its better than btc and now ETH, I even see the surge then as manipulation cos I could remembered it last price before the bull back then in 2017 which was $0.2 and touching that again makes the xrp pumped it more to stay above that level as they never want it below its old price has it has no use case to me and run like a centralized coin.
Both cryptocurrencies have its different purpose and meaning than others. ETH made it easy for ERC20 token with creating new crypto without new blockchain and this trend will continue for a while in the future. XRP has its own advantages.
You can't just compare Ripple to Ethereum. Both crypto coin have their own purpose they present to the crypto ecosystem and also have different gaps they are bridging in the financial ecosystem. But in terms of how stable both coins are, I think ripple is very stable compared to that of ethereum.
Both coins are very perspective and this flip-flop is normal between these two coins.
It depends which of them performing better at the moment. Long term I think ETH
will win this battle.
but if I'm alone Ethereum can grow better later on, but that doesn't mean XRP can't grow, it can grow but there may be differences that make someone more interested in Ethereum.

I do not think so. It seems to me that Ethereum is much stronger than Ripple now. There is no ripple in my portfolio because I think that this coin has no big prospects. But maybe the situation will change and my opinion will be wrong.

XRP is a unique project. But I do not think that we can compare it with Ethereum. As for me, these projects are completely different and they have their own ways of development. I am sure that both coins can make a profit.

But 45% of this coin has already been issued. The same situation is on Ethereum and on many other coins. This is a simple investment risk. 
i dont think so, XRP can be more advanced than ETH but it can never be able to compared with ETH about the volume of transactions and convienient in platform ERC20 making its community is always much higher than XRP, rightnow ETH is very low but i think it will soon higher than before.

In our future, no one knows for sure which coin is the best. But for now, Bitcoin is still number one. and what's interesting now is Ethereum with XRP Coins. Both of these coins compete to be number two. XRP can pass Ethereum, but it only lasts a few weeks. And Ethereum is now number two again.
