Hey CK.

Trying to figure out how the format has changed on https://solo.ckpool.org:444/users/xxx as solochance.com is no longer working.

Can you advise.

Thanks.

People have asked me how long the miner who solved the block has been mining for.  I don't know exactly since their hashrate may have fluctuated over that time. However, assuming they always mined to the same address, they currently have 2486021304645 shares. Dividing that by the current difficulty of 13732352106018.34 that means he found the block at about 18% diff, so in less than 1/5th of the expected time for the current diff.  If they've been mining with a stable 70TH all along, they've been mining for a very long time here.

It was not always 70 Th) sometimes there was a rental of about 1PH.

Congratulations on the find!

Congratulations g00dwin555, first solo block after the halving and first block on the new server, your years of mining finally paid off handsomely, I will also use this opportunity (not that I am an opportunist by any means Roll Eyes ) to let you know and to notify the other solo miners that philipma1957 is holding donation addresses for funds of the pool's server and operations in case you want to donate some coins Grin

I've added a redirection to the stats provided by our gracious user @bedla at
http://solostats.ckpool.org

I'd love to host the stats page on the pool itself but unfortunately bedla hasn't offered to provide the code so for the time being you'll have to be redirected to his setup.

I'll probably be dicking with the secondary IP today to make http to https redirect work properly.
Long term I will be removing port 443 mining, as it appears to not be helping anyone and making the website unnecessarily complex.

Looks like a block hit!!!

And there it is! It's nice to have confirmation everything's working perfectly fine on the pool, and to finally break through that 8 bit barrier for our 256th block! Congratulations to the miner, and all the people who contributed to help keep the pool alive. And only a 50TH miner!

Ok guys, lets do our first  solo round, after the halving.
Now that diff. Adjusted in our favour, our chances of finding a block are higher.

There is no minimum amount of participants, or maximum either.
You can gamble any amount of btc, starting from 0.005 to 0.03.
If we find a block, we will split the block reward between all the solo gamblers percentage-wise.

We will start our solo journey in 5 days.
Write down you’re nickname and send me a pm, if you’re in!

P.s We will also donate 1% to ck from our solo pot, and 1% if we find a block.

1. ailikun     0.01 btc
2. chillfactr  0.01 BTC
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.

im in

Congrats to the lucky solver.

And for our next solo ride, lets give it another week.
Maybe some more people will join.

CK-
Is there an issue with the "best share" populating on the pool status page or is there a delay for this?
I reset my miners after the hit and am well above the current "best share" shown.
Thanks,
Haha one minute too late. See my previous post.

haha, i just erased my post as i saw yours.
I was holding the best share after the last block, so that answers my question.

The CK SOLO Pool dashboard (as per the link below) does show the updated "best share" if you are crazy like me Smiley
