So doesn't seem like a new issue, something is up with solochance.com, Morguk the owner of solochance.com, so he is aware of this issue, he will probably fix it soon.

meanwhile, you could simply manually enter your hash rate in TH to see what your chances are and if you want to do the whole calculation manually, you could scroll back a few pages and you will find my comment explaining how these estimations actually work, it's plain simple, but solochance.com does it in a simple GUI friendly way.

Well we all have ideas on lucky. Some are true some are not true.

But right now you need a share of :13.74 trillion

If you get a share of anything lower. you simply are not lucky enough to win.

But if I get a share of 13.72 trillion and just miss I will consider my self really fucking unlucky.

You may consider that to be lucky and I missed it by a little I will get it tomorrow.

Which is why you and I think a bit differently about luck.

It's a linear relationship, so take the time needed for a block from the solochance site and ratio that with the time you run your miner vs. its best share and see if you're "lucky" during the time you are calculating this.

Really not sure that matters all that much, other than to make you feel like you are close...
I had the high "best shares" for a few months and didnt hit a block.
A few blocks back, someone hit with 400 gh, yes gh...
Just need to hit that elusive silicon lottery.

I don't think the pool is not allowing the address to mine on it, he probably has a problem with his miner/internet and not the address he uses, how can a pool tell the difference between a legacy address which belongs BCH/BTC, it can't because there is no difference between the addresses.

136CrBTFqaLShQVTzhH2MRUauRrrzP7JbG is a valid P2PKH/Pay To Pubkey Hash bitcoin address, even if that address was generated from a BCH wallet, it can still receive a BTC block reward provided he has the private key for it, someone please correct me if I am mistaken. Grin

There is no hashpower, they briefly connect, then the pool throws them off and they do it all over again. The pool is good for probably 100,000 users with its current hardware, I wouldn't worry...

When someone sends all of that unusable hashpower, does that have a negative effect on the pool. ie, does it bog/slow it down? Just curious.
