I'm sorry man. Besides the support tickets that could take like 500 years you could also send a PM to https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/yobit-406594 here. I would personally start a thread in scam accusations and document everything that you have done along with screenshots like you provided. Yobit will resolve the situation but like I tell everyone yobit is busy and unless you cause waves to get noticed you are on there time. Although yobit has bullshit like this happen it is still one of the better exchanges. Hopefully someday yobit will outsource its tech support so things like this won't happen. Good luck man. If you create a thread please link it here I would like to follow.

Yobit support answered me 2 weeks later.. it takes time, be patient. I was thinking the same way and gave up on it but they surprised me eventually

I tried the Yobit payout service. I sent out USD to OKPAY. Very fast. Within 1-2 minutes I received my money. Yobit is trusty.

Many people have stop using Yobit and move on elsewhere. I think this was the smartest thing for them to do. Yobit doesn't care about its users. This exchange is on shaky grounds and people should either avoid it or use caution.
