What does the blockchain say about that deposit. It probably has more than 0 confirmations if released in 8 days ago. That's a large amount to send in one transaction! Try breaking them up a bit next time to around 20/25BTC (if you lose one, you have the rest to rely upon and can test before sending the next coins).

Probably better to try an API for that? You can get python and a browser on their so you can choose the language.
